Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full private access to both homes. Only registered guests are allowed unless approved in advance.

Located in the heart of Joshua Tree Village, the compound offers the rare ability to walk to shops, cafés, and galleries while remaining minutes from the park and surrounding desert attractions.

Getting Around:

Most roads are paved, but some may have mild ruts after rain. GPS is accurate. 4WD not required.



Other Things to Note:

MODPOOL AND HOT TUB HEATING:

Your rental includes heating for the hot tub. However, during the cooler months, there are extra charges for pool heating, see below. If you want the pool heated during these months, please let us know 48 hours before you arrive.



Extra Charges for Pool Heating:

◎ September and May - $100/night to heat pool

◎ October and April - $150/night to heat pool

◎ November and March - $200/night to heat pool

◎ December - $300/night to heat pool

◎ January and February - No pool heating available



No jumping, diving, running or rough play near the pool and hot tub area. No glass can be around the pool and hot tub, there are plastic cups in the kitchen to be used outside. Please mind the quiet hours (no loud noises after 10pm). No intoxicated persons may use the pool or hot tub. NO LIFEGUARD WILL BE ON DUTY - YOU SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.



• PARKING: Free parking for up to 5 vehicles.



• WORK FROM HOME: High-speed WiFi throughout both houses.



• FAMILY: Pack ’n Play, high chair, children’s books, and toys available on request.



• EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees.



• DOGS: Your dog is welcome and there is a one time fee of $100. Please alert us in advance. Max of 2 dogs. No other types of animals are authorized.



• SOCIAL MEDIA: If you plan on sharing your experience on social media, please mention us!



• CELL SERVICE: Cell phone service availability and quality in the high desert varies by service provider. This is particularly true in the more remote areas of Joshua Tree, Pipes Canyon, and Pioneertown. Please be prepared by enabling wifi calling or downloading a VOIP program.



• ROAD CONDITIONS: Many roads are dirt, so please take it slow. A four wheel drive car is not required, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain



• CAMERA: Camera on side of the home pointing at the street to monitor entrance is active and used to ensure security of our guests and local compliance with guest count.
