The Space:
A zen oasis, Haven Rock features a clean, contemporary interior and a resort-like exterior. The private fenced backyard with luscious greenery, river rock lawn, and series of sun sails makes it the perfect place to hang out day or night. With a variety of seating areas including comfortable rattan furniture, a wagon wheel bench, a porch swing and a hanging chaise, there’s enough options for everyone to relax and unwind their way while you admire the beautiful mountain views and painted desert skies.

SLEEPING:
With 3 beds and 2 baths, Haven Rock is the perfect place to unwind, relax, and recharge. The two identical soft King beds in both of the bedrooms and trundle bed in the Zen room make this the perfect space for a romantic getaway, intimate gathering with friends, family vacation, or yoga / artist retreat.
Bedroom 1 (Primary Room) — King size bed with french doors to outdoor space.
Bedroom 2 (Secondary Room) — King size bed.
Zen Room — Trundle bed with 2 separate twin mattresses with an en-suite bathroom. Includes starry galaxy mood lighting!
ZEN ROOM:
Take a break Inside and center yourself in the Zen Room. With plenty of space for everyone to practice Warrior, Half Moon and Dancing Shiva, or simply go within and be still. Sit full lotus or engage your core and find balance on the stability ball as you practice mindfulness. Light the LED candles and heal your chakras, or explore the world of crystals and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. Learn and practice some new massage techniques including Effleurage, Petrissage and Tapotement. The Himalayan salt lamp is sure to boost your mood and improve your sleep. Too relaxed to move? You don’t have to – thanks to the daybed / trundle bed and starry mood lighting.
OUTDOORS:
Nourish your body with a homemade meal using the grill, smoker or the open modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Gather round the table indoors or out and share a moment of gratitude. Shock your senses and stimulate your body through hydrotherapy, alternating between the cool Cowboy Pool and the calming jets of the hottub. Show your competitive side with a round of corn hole.
Too much fun in the sun? Cozy up in our outdoor shaded lounge to cool off in our swinging chaise couch or comfortable rattan chairs. As the sun sets, hop into the hammocks to watch the sun go down on this side of town before moving to the Adirondack chairs by the firepit for storytime and stargazing. You’ll surely enjoy watching the gardens light up as night falls with our solar LED lighting.
FEATURES:
Our smart home features an e-lock for easy self check-in. We have fast wifi, but do keep in mind, we are still remote and speeds may vary. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking necessities including a microwave, toaster oven, pots/pans, cookware, baking sheets, mixing bowls, wine/bottle opener, Keurig & drip coffee makers with coffee provided, spices, filtered drinking water, and an ice maker.
All this, and you’re only a short 5-minute drive to the park entrance where you can reconnect with nature in ways you never knew were possible. Before you depart, make sure you take a moment to come up with your next brilliant idea under the lightbulb windchime. Eureka - you found it - the desert’s secret oasis!

EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT:
Check-in is after 4PM. Check-out is by 11AM. Requests for early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed, and subject to additional fees.
FAMILY & PETS
We are family and dog friendly! Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Dogs are accepted on a case by case basis and dog owners must agree to our pet rules before we can approve. Please send us the breed and age for consideration. We will request a $75 cleaning & companion fee per pet. Please see our House Rules for more information.
EXTRA GUESTS:
Guest count must be the same as on the reservation. Any day guests must be approved prior to arrival. Day guests must leave by 10pm. Children are considered as part of the total guest count.
PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS! We are in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Follow the county's Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours after an initial warning may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
HOT TUB:
Our 6-person hot tub is set to 104 degrees.
PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS:
If you’re interested in doing a photoshoot or shooting a video, please let us know what it is for. You must get approval beforehand! If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage.
WILDLIFE:
You’re surely guaranteed to encounter wildlife on your stay including families of Quail, rare Albino lizards, insects, snakes, squirrels and the endangered kangaroo mice.
VENDORS
Nexxus pest control will be coming to the property to spray the exterior of the home on the first Friday of every month between 11am-4pm. They will not need to enter the home for any reasons.
CLEANING:
Health & safety is our number one priority. Our in-house cleaning team is trained on CDC and WHO protocols. We take extra measures to ensure the home is sanitized and safe before every arrival. For this reason we aren’t able to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for understanding!
NO SMOKING:
This is a non smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.
RESPECT:
There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution after 10pm. Please respect our neighbors, and refrain from loud noises and outdoor music by 10pm. Sink into the sounds of desert solitude, peaceful nights and starry skies...
VERIFICATION: All bookings are protected by TRUVI. Guests must complete a quick ID check before arrival. Check-in details are shared afterward, along with any required agreement to House Rules or Terms.

CHECK-IN FORM: Guests must fill out our check-in form before receiving instructions so we can coordinate our ground team.
1. NO EXTRA GUESTS: Strict max count per reservation. No visitors w/o approval. Violation cancels stay.
2. TIMES: Check-in 4PM, Out 11AM. Early/late requests subject to fees/availability.
3. DOGS: Approval required. 75 fee/dog. Strict rules apply.
4. NO SMOKING: Outdoors only, 15ft from doors. 250 fine for violations.
5. QUIET HOURS: 10pm-8am. No outdoor music/noise. Respect neighbors to avoid cancellation.
6. DOORS: Keep closed 24/7 to prevent desert pests entering.
7. MEDIA: No pro photo/video shoots w/o approval & licensing fee.
8. EVENTS: No parties/weddings without written approval.
9. ACCESS: Staff/vendors may enter for maintenance/repairs during stay.
10. DECOR: No glitter/confetti. Remove decorations by checkout.
11. NO GLASS: Plastic only near pool/spa.
12. POOL/SPA: Swim at own risk; no lifeguard. No diving, solo use, or drinks in water. Shower first. Spills/draining incur 250 fee.
13. MESS: Clean up mess. Excessive cleaning fee 500.
14. WIFI: Remote area; speeds/connectivity not guaranteed. Illegal use prohibited.
15. CONTACT: Must answer 24/7 for code compliance. 30-min response required or 1000 fine.
16. CHANGES: Reschedules treated as cancellations.
17. CAMERAS: Recording at front entry/driveway only. No private area/interior cameras.
18. PARKING: Max 2 cars. Park in driveway past gate.
19. DAMAGE: Report breakage. Unreported items charged cost + 100 fee.
20. INSURANCE: Travel insurance recommended.
21. CHECKOUT: Remove trash, wash dishes, leave tidy. Rule violations result in immediate cancellation/eviction.
