Summary:

Located minutes from the famed Joshua Tree National Park, our 3 bdrm, 3 bath home is your perfect desert getaway! Tastefully decorated to match the lush setting, our spacious and open house has everything you need to have fun with the whole group. Go for a hike in the gorgeous National Park, or visit the local shops and restaurants that downtown Joshua Tree has to offer!!



The Space:

Our bright and airy space mirrors the beauty of the surrounding desert. This 3-bedroom, 3 bath house works well for friends, couples, and families who want to experience all that Joshua Tree has to offer. We can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.



** POOL HEATING **

Pool heating is available so you can enjoy it during cooler weather! There is a $80-180/day fee depending on the season, and it must be paid for the entirety of your stay. Please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your check-in as we’ll need time to properly heat the pool for your stay. The pool will be heated to approximately 84 degrees. Please also note that the pool and spa rely on one heating source and can only be heated one at a time.





The spacious living room is large enough to gather everyone to play board games or to relax and watch a movie on our 65’’ TV that comes with Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, and Netflix! We also offer fast and reliable Wi-Fi so you can stay connected.



Two of the three bedrooms have ensuite baths. Each bed has a high-quality mattress and brand-new bedding so that you can sleep in coolness and comfort each night.

While you’re staying here, this home is your private oasis. We use a keyless entry system, so you can come any time after check-in and enter using your unique access code.



Please feel free to use the BBQ, washing machine, and pool. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only.

Joshua Tree Coffee Company - They roast their own beans and supply most of the local coffee that is served.

Mercado - Weekly outdoor market for high-desert crafts, vintage goods, and more

The Joshua Tree Saloon - Fun in the town bar, great atmosphere for larger groups

Pappy and Harriets - historic must-visit live music venue and restaurant (we suggest making reservations weeks ahead, especially for large groups.)

Organic Market in Yucca - delicious lunch, snacks, home-baked goods.

Frontier Coffee - a coffee shop with good breakfast/lunch as well. Across the street from an awesome antique store in Yucca.

Desert Hot Springs- Only 45 min drive to Palm Springs!

***Due to the current pandemic, we have enhanced our existing cleaning protocols. In addition to our comprehensive cleanings between every stay, all surfaces inside the house, including door handles, light switches, counters and tabletops, devices, handrails, and appliances, are cleaned with a CDC-approved disinfectant. Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are our top priority.***



If you want early check-in or late check-out, please reach out 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Availability is dependent on whether there is another same day check-in/check-out and may be subject to a $75 fee. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $100 charge.



We also service our spa between each guest to ensure it's perfect for your stay.



Please be respectful of our neighborhood. This house is in a quiet community, and as such, we require that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, or hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities. Upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be asked to leave.



As mandated by the City, we have installed noise detection equipment in both the backyard and the living room. These devices specifically only captures and records decibel levels.



We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500.



No smoking is allowed on our property. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you.



Please clean up after yourself. There is an extra cleaning fee if the house is left in disarray.



When pool heating is available, it will be an extra fee.

-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :)

-IMPORTANT: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. We have ring cameras in the front and the back of the house for security purposes.

The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
