Gorgeous beach front condo with pool and swim up bar located on Junquillal Beach, about 30 minutes south of Tamarindo. This is a ground floor, corner unit, closest to the ocean so you have stunning views of the beach and ocean from the guest bedroom, living room, kitchen and outdoor terrace. The property also features two outdoor showers and two outdoor BBQ's. Enjoy the sounds of nature around you including howler monkeys, tropical birds and of course the crashing waves of the ocean. It's time to relax and unwind. Paradise is calling! If you are seeking adventure, there are plenty of surf breaks to choose from, swimming, boogey boarding, snorkeling, horseback riding, golf, mountain biking, ziplining, eco tours, volcano climbs, and coffee farm tours. We advise renting an SUV or four wheel drive vehicle as the road conditions vary from dirt to gravel. In the rainy season there will be places that gather water and need to be crossed. All part of the adventure! Book your favorite airline to land at the Liberia, Costa Rica Airport. The condo is about a 90 minute drive from the Liberia, Costa Rica airport.

Perfect stay directly at the beach

We had a great time staying at your condo, Ginny. Thanks! The only thing I missed was a small grocery store nearby - but that has nothing to do with your place. The kids loved the boogey boards. It was clean, comfortable and the setting just amazing. I can only recommend it! Just bring enough groceries... ;-)

Oceanside tranquility

The pictures don't do this place justice. The condo is nicely appointed and the view from the living room and front porch are just gorgeous; we loved waking up to it each morning. Check in and out was super easy and the location at Junquillal is really charming. Wouldn't of hanged a thing!

This place was amazing for our party of four. The grounds are immaculate and everything in the unit is clean and functional. Sunset views are incredible and area is very quiet and tucked away. Loved our stay and recommend it to anyone looking for a quieter, low-key Costa Rica waterfront location.

Paradise

We chose Las Brisas because it was remote - away from the crowds and busyness of Tamarindo. For our family, it was perfect - beautiful beach, lovely property, friendly condo owners and property manager. We were able to walk to BernarDos for lunch or drive a few minutes to other restaurants for dinner. The condo was clean and very well equipped to make our stay comfortable. We hope to be back soon

Amazing all around!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our stay on the coast! The view from the patio to the ocean and pool were amazing! Sunsets could be seen from the patio or the beach. The sandy beach was never busy and had really fun surf to play in. There are really good restaurants nearby, opportunity for on site massage, we felt very safe wherever we went.

Beautiful and relaxing Villa

The beach was awesome and quiet, and the view from the villa was amazing. The Villa was very nice and had all what we needed for enjoying our vacations. Hannia helped us with booking surf lessons that my kids loved so much. My family and I would love to come back next year!

Amazing peaceful location

The condo is located right on a very quiet beach, very peaceful and quiet. The kids also enjoyed the large pool. It’s our second time in Junquillal and we love it, it is quite remote but there are few good local restaurants to choose from around the area and things to do. If you are looking for a quiet stunning place to relax and enjoy amazing sunset views, this is the place!

Wonderful beach from condo

We had a wonderful stay at Las Brisas Del Mar! The condo has an amazing ocean view and the condo unit was spacious and supplied well to accommodate our family of five. We enjoyed the large swimming pool as well as relaxing on the the beautiful lanai. We also had a great time exploring many the beaches in the area, such as Playa Blanca, Playa Negra, and Playa Avellanas. In addition, there are several great restaurants in the area with very friendly staff and excellent food! We highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a great place to stay with amazing ocean view and privacy.

Fabulous Family of 4 Vacation

We had the best time, and it was one of my favorite family trips. We were welcomed with a large fruit basket, wine and flowers. We loved the condo, and having our morning coffee on the outside patio and a walk on the beach. Hannia was very helpful along with the other owners of the condo. It is a remote location, so if you enjoy being away from the hustle and bustle this is the place to be. Hoping to visit again, and wish we had been able to stay longer!

Little slice of paradise!

Perfect location for a family vacation - quiet, beautiful pool and right on the beach. Often we had the pool and the beach ti ourselves. Condo was large and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Covered porch had a great view of the ocean and a great spot to relax on the mid day heat. Kitchen was well equipped, air conditioning worked quietly and wifi was fast. Highly recommend the swimming with horses ride with Esteros Tours located right next door. Hope to stay here again!

Amazing beach front condo

This is a wonderful condo with a spectacular view of the ocean! The large windows give any amazing panoramic view of the beach and ocean which is great to wake up to! The condo was equipped with everything we needed for basic cooking utensils and cleaning supplies. Anything beyond the basic, you may want bring, such as spices, etc
 In addition, they supplied boogie boards, a surf board, two sets of snorkeling gear and golf clubs. The grounds of the facility were excellent. It has beautiful landscape and a large swimming pool and lounge chairs. The condo area is gated so we felt totally safe. Communication with the owner was prompt and pleasant. Also, The check-in and check-out process very smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this amazing beach front condo!!
