- The resort is undergoing extensive villa and infrastructure renovations: The Molokai, Maui, and Lanai towers will be refurbished from June 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, then Sept 13–Dec 12 2025, and April 11–July 11 2026.
- The “island view” may mean garden, golf course or mountain views rather than full ocean-front—if you need unobstructed ocean vistas, specify and confirm during booking.
- Hawaii travelers will be charged a transient occupancy tax due upon arrival at the resort. This is based upon unit size and charged per night.

- The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old.
