Overall this is a wonderful location! The views are absolutely incredible - turtles and whales every day! Bus stop right outside on the street in front. The realty company was extremely responsive and helpful before and during the stay. We had access to beach chairs and plenty of towels, etc. The only negative is that the place is in need of some tender loving care. But again, we absolutely loved our stay!

Nice Stay With a Beautiful View for a Small Group

We had a great stay at this condo as a family of three. The space was just right for our group, and the views were absolutely beautiful. The location is ideal for exploring West Maui—close to everything but still peaceful. The realty company was responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which made a big difference. It was also fairly quiet, with easy access to the ocean (though the beach area is small). The onsite pool was a nice bonus, though it could use some shaded areas. Parking was easy and never an issue.That said, we did run into a couple of drawbacks. We didn’t have hot water for most of the week, which was a bit inconvenient. The unit also felt a little worn in places, and the oven didn’t open fully due to tight spacing in the kitchen.Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay, especially for a small group. With a few updates, it could be even better.

Beautiful View

Good property for that price point. Needs a bit "deeper" cleaning (down sides of stove, screens in second bedroom, etc). The grounds of Valley Isle Resort are immaculate. The view from this unit is phenomenal. They seriously need to fix/grease the runners on the sliding glass door though...hard even for my 6'5" Navy Officer to open.

Great views but the unit was not quite as listed

PROS: Amazing views, very quiet location, kitchen had everything, property grounds were well maintained and staff was lovely. CONS: Beds were quite hard, it was only 1.5 baths (not 2 as listed) and they were NOT remodeled. They had new counter tops but the shower and tub/shower were ancient. (The pic’s on vrbo are enhanced with a filter)

Majestic View

This condo, location and view did not disappoint! It was roomy, comfortable and clean with the most incredible view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, whales breaching from our patio and turtles swimming close to the shore below. Our week flew by! We will definitely return!!!

Incredible ocean views! We saw plenty of whale spouts and turtles! Even a pod of dolphins and a shark from the balcony! The close proximity of the units makes it a bit noisy at night. The property is well maintained and clean.

The view was great
nice to swim-snorkel right at property. Close enough to stores and amenities. A little older
bathrooms in particular, but was fine. Well stocked with beach necessities. Never really had hot water (lukewarm) and the building did shut the water off for about 6 hours one day
but overall enjoyed the condo.

Great location, beautiful view.

We had a lovely stay. The condo was well equipped and perfect for our family. We explored much of west Maui with ease, and were delighted to discover an amazing sushi place across the street. Seriously don’t miss it. The facility was well kept always clean. It is a delightful place to stay and we would happily return if we come back to Maui.

Valley Isle Condos - Maui

Overall we were very pleased with this choice! Lights in this kitchen were very poor, stove light did not work at all. Ocean views were spectacular with both whales and turtles every day! Beach erosion overall requires you walk to an access point to enjoy sand and surf. Very pleasant grounds and kept immaculate. Mahalo for sharing this with the mainlanders!
