We are excited to host you in our beautiful Hawaiian getaway which is the perfect home-away-from-home for you and your loved ones. Located on the second floor, you have a spectacular view from the lanai of the famous George Fazio Golf Course. The condo has new renovations and all of the furniture is brand new. This condo is perfect for families, honeymooners, or individuals looking to disconnect and relax on the remote North Shore of O'ahu.

About the location:
We are tucked away in the quiet gated community of Kuilima West. We are on the famous George Fazio Golf Course. Big beautiful windows create lush green tropical views all day long and allow the natural light to filter through the home.

As you enter the condo, you'll feel like you just walked into a peaceful island oasis. You'll find updated decor with new furnishings & appliances, comfortable beds, two TV's, Wifi & AC. One AC unit is in the main floor bedroom and a split AC unit is in the main living area split with the bedroom loft.

Main Level:
The bedroom on the main floor gets great natural light from the sliding glass patio door. It boasts a comfy luxury Queen bed, and a 55’’ Samsung Smart TV.
Just outside this room, is the conveniently located washer and dryer, so you can do laundry at any time during your stay.

Next to the main floor bedroom is a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.

Kitchen & Dining area:
If you would like to cook a little or a lot, we've got you covered. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basics: plates, bowls, glasses, wine glasses, utensils , knives, cutting board, pyrex, cookie sheets, Blender, mixing bowls, plastic wrap, tinfoil, coffee maker, Keurig, rice cooker, griddle, *Brand new* pots and pans, a kitchen aid mixer, basic cooking spices, ice maker & a Brita Water Filter pitcher in the fridge. Kitchen includes fridge, microwave, stove/oven, and a *brand new* dishwasher.

Gathering space:
This open concept space allows the dining and living areas to combine at times. After a fun day living your best life in paradise, you can curl up on the comfy L shape microfiber couch and read a book, or watch a show on a 65" Smart TV. If you want to try and work on some bonding time, look in the tv console middle drawer for games to play together!

Out the patio doors you will find a closet that has a pickle ball set, Four tennis rackets with balls, two surf boards, Snorkel gear, five beach chairs, a volleyball, and a beach umbrella. We also have a table on the back patio that seats 4.

Upstairs:
You will find a spacious loft bedroom with a Queen bed and a couch to lounge on. Bedroom also has a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. If you need a place to catch up on work, feel free to use the desk workspace in the loft bedroom. Equipped with a brand new window AC unit.

Location on the Island:
We are on the North Shore of the Island, which has a more relaxed country feel. The area around the property has lots of options to help you enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Enjoy walking/hiking and horseback riding trails right outside the condo that go along the ocean. You can also take a short 8 min walk to the Turtle Bay Hotel where you can surf on the east side. Use our surfboards, or take surf lessons from the Jamie O'Brien surf school. Horseback riding can be booked through the hotel as well. There's also a bay to relax or snorkel. If your lucky, you might even get to see a Honu (sea turtle!)

Then of course if you drive down the highway, 5- 30 min in either direction, you will see some of the best beaches in the world with the prettiest turquoise water. Malaekahana, Hukilau, Pounders, Ke Iki, Pipeline, Shark's cove, Sunset, Waimea, Haleiwa, Three tables etc. On your drive, you will see several choices for food trucks, other local treats & cute shops!

We're only an 8 Min drive to Keana Farms zipline tour, 15 minutes away from the incredible Polynesian Cultural Center and 25 mins from the cute town of Haleiwa, 35 mins from Kualoa Ranch.

All of the restaurants at Turtle Bay are open to the public. They have great food and beautiful views overlooking the ocean.

The community is gated (a gate code will be generated for "you" at time of check-in) The host will send you check-in info as your travel date approaches.
Our condo has 1 designated parking spot labeled #99 There is extra shared guest parking spots as well. 2 parking passes per guest. Extra comforts include, Wifi, cable TV, smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ apps, surf boards, high chair, pack n play, baby blankets and baby sheets, fans, ironing board with iron, vacuum, broom, and extra pillows and blankets.
