Accommodations were well maintained and clean. Location was perfect
steps away from beach and pool with NO overcrowding issues that happen in southern island resorts. Ample beach chairs, snorkels, toys, etc. The only thing that was confusing was the access to the activities and gym at The Ritz Carlton. But The Ritz was as much to blame for this as some of their concierges had no idea whether we had access or not. In the end, we got the access we requested
Highly recommend regardless.

Great location - unit needs a few tweaks

Overall the unit and property were fabulous. The check-in process was easy - we appreciated all of the emails beforehand. There’s no doubt this property is a 10 overall. That having been said, our group uniformly agreed that 3 improvements would have made it even better.1. Microwave turning piece needs to be replaced in order to avoid sparking when using it.2. The sliding glass doors out to the patio need to be lubricated - a couple of our group couldn’t even open them. 3. Work out a better working arrangement with the adjacent Ritz Carlton hotel. They acted like the beach was “theirs” to manage and direct Villas guests off of. Somewhere there could be a “win-win” partnership that would make sense - maybe offer a free cup of coffee on your 1st day, maybe a free gym rental 1 day, a discount at the pool bar, etc.- something that would encourage Villas guests over to the hotel to spend some time (and money) there. You never know who your next guest will be. We’ll be back !!!

Excellent large property

Excellent 4-bedroom condo on ground floor with extremely short walk to pool and beach. Very comfortable beds. Nicely furnished and equipped.

Perfect Week on Oahu North Shore

The villa was very clean and great for our family of 7. Ideal location for those that want to be close to the beach and resort restaurants. Great place to snorkel in the cove with lots of fish. Enjoyed the north shore beaches, surfing locations and lots of food trucks to visit. Perfect week on Oahu north shore.

Family vacation!

The stay was fantastic! Had everything we needed and more to have a great week. The only thing that a little issue was the cleaning staff hovering outside the door at 9:30 am until we all left. Felt rushed.

Amazing oceanfront villa in Turtle Bay

Amazing Villa

Loved Turtle Bay

My husband, children, MIL, SIL and I stayed here together and just loved it. Everyone had their own room/space and there was plenty of space to play together. We went to the lovely beach right outside the back door and used the beach equipment provided with the rental. The condo was clean and well decorated and we hope to be back soon.

North shore Retreat; great set up for surf camp.

Great parking, very good for meals for large family and lawn for todler, great access to north shore breaks, quiet clean, no bugs, good sleeping arrangements and room separation. Nice frigging unit. Not one problem. If there was a manager I never saw them. I didn't even think there was a check in process Lease stressful VRBO I have ever done.

Overall it is 5 star. However the cleanliness of the space left a little to be desired. Floors were dirty bathroom had significant hair in the shower. All of that is easily overlooked. However the blowing up of the propane grill injured my son-in-law badly and we were forced to seek accommodations closets hospital in Honolulu

Great family location

Turtle Bay magic

Possibly the best place to stay on Oahu! This unit is spacious and located at beach level. The setting is spectacular--don't miss a sunrise walk on the beach out to the right. Fun tennis and pickleball courts right there, and you can get the famous brunch at the Turtle Bay hotel next door. If conditions are good, there's almost no better place to learn to surf than the Jamie O'Brien school. Also good for intermediate/advance surfers depending on conditions.

Can't imagine a better set up.

It's been years since we visited the Turtle Bay Resort on the North Shore of Oahu. We were so excited to come again, and bring our Adult Kids and Grandkids. I pictured the condo development to be much larger. I was so happy to see that it's more small/medium. The people in the other units were friendly and respectful. This unit was perfect for us. Each couple had their own room and bathroom, and there was also a room for our two small grandsons. The view from the great room looks out on the water. Being a first-floor unit, we were steps to the beach and the pool. The private lawn area behind the condos was perfect for the kids, too. The beautiful Turtle Bay Resort is super close, too. We pictured that being a little farther. We enjoyed a few meals, cocktails, and the retail there. We cooked several meals. We had a large grocery order ready at Foodland near Haleiwa when we arrived. Incidentals were available at the resort. One small request - I was surprised that there wasn't filtered water through the refrigerator. It would be nice to have a filtered fixture at the sink or maybe a britta pitcher available. The tap water left an aftertaste for coffee, and it was a little hard to drink as our primary water source. We couldn't keep enough bottled water available with so many people. We loved our stay. It was a perfect week. Thank you!!

Celebration and Family Reunion

Experience was even more than we anticipated! Our villa(s) was preferred by all ages in our large group - even over the two resort hotels we stayed at before and after the villas. Perfect Villa in Paradise

The property was clean and well maintained. Our friends remarked how clean it was as they have used VRBO many times and were super impressed. We had 3 couples, our elderly mom (slept on couch), and mom with 9 yr old. (9 people total). We fit perfectly. The view from the master bedrooms was Amazing! We enjoyed sitting on the lanai. Check out instructions were simple. The beach chairs and beach equipment were useful. We enjoyed 2 days at the Polynesian center and traveled back n forth between Honolulu a couple of times. This is one of the best sides of the island. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your Villa. Book this villa,you will not be disappointed! Hope to stay again!
