AIR CONDITIONING UPDATE - January 2026
In the late fall of 2025, the central air conditioning system at Hale Kona Kai was replaced. The HVAC equipment that services the individual condo was also inspected, with and any and all required maintenance/repairs completed. The air conditioning is in peak condition at this time.

Hale Kona Kai 412 is equipped with a full kitchen, complete with modern appliances including a stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, allowing you to prepare delicious meals at your convenience. The living area is designed for relaxation, featuring comfortable seating and a television for your entertainment needs.

Step outside to the wraparound lanai, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails while taking in the stunning ocean views. The property also boasts an oceanfront pool, perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring.

It may or may not have some snorkel gear that was left by previous guests. We do not provide snorkel gear. Non-fitting snorkel gear takes all the fun out of snorkeling, so it is best to rent your equipment while you are here.. The building is equipped with safety features including smoke detectors and outdoor lighting, ensuring peace of mind during your stay.
