The villa includes two separate bedrooms, a full kitchen with modern appliances, two bathrooms (one with a whirlpool tub in many suites), a dining area, and a living space comfortable for relaxing together. Check-in typically begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM. A refundable security deposit of approximately US $250 is required on credit card at check-in. The resort is non-smoking; service animals only (no pets). Free self-parking is included.

- The closest beach is a half-mile from the resort.
- Temporary beds, such as rollaway beds are not available.
- Children and infants are included in the occupancy allowed in a suite.
