The primary bedroom has a King Sized bed, TV and an en-suite full bathroom. The living room has easy access the lanai and contains a full-size sofa sleeper and access to a full bathroom as well! 2 bathrooms in a 1 bedroom is incredibly rare, but an amazing feature!

Kona Pacific is located on the South edge of downtown Kailua Kona, just off of Ali'i Drive and an easy walk to Honl’s Beach. Conveniently located within walking distance to most downtown attractions, shopping, dining and the ocean, while still being quiet & peaceful to make your stay enjoyable. Kona Pacific offers a pool and barbecue area, multiple elevators, assigned parking (compact to mid-sized) and larger square footage of the living area in comparison to other complexes in Kona. The concrete building allows for more privacy within your condominium and the grounds are beautifully landscaped offering a quiet, peaceful, Hawai'i feeling.
