This spacious one bedroom, two bathroom unit features split AC in the living room and bedroom and offers nice finishes such as leather granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and bamboo flooring.

The Kona Alii is a secure building, keys required to access the elevators and common areas, not to mention has covered parking and ample guest parking also. There is a pool on site with BBQ amenities and a roof top sunset viewing deck for residents and guests.

Fully Equipped Kitchen with all one could need to have the perfect Vacation! It truly is an amazing chef's kitchen, which has it all at your fingertips and is open in a great room atmosphere.

Both bathrooms are gorgeously remodeled. Guest Bathroom has a beautiful large shower, the bedroom shower is also quite nice.
This beautiful condo has a washer and dryer inside the property as a great amenity. Unit#410 also has an assigned parking stall!

Whether you are an Ironman triathlete or an ocean enthusiast, this stunning, remodeled property, will please all. Its location in the downtown Kona, is lively and in the heart of all the amenities. Restaurants, shopping, the ocean are literally at your doorstep. It is roomy enough for up to 4 guests, as there is a sleeper sofa. The furnishings are high end and designed to entertain. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the bed is king size!

The walk-in closet has ample space for your belongings. The lanai looks out onto the ocean and also, to the pool and immaculately kept gardens.

The 2 chaise lounges are a great spot to sit and view the ocean with your favorite cocktail and the dining table seats up to 4.

The pool is pristine and excellently maintained. There is a BBQ for your convenience at the complex. There are cooling trade winds and gorgeous sunsets. There is a festive night life and live music usually morning to night. It's relaxing to sit and sip a cup of coffee at your favorite coffee house on the ocean, listening to live music while you people watch. It is fabulous to head over to any local restaurant or bar and watch the sunset with your friends or family sharing some wine. This is in the heart of it all!

Good location for all activities.Amenities in the condo were pretty good, except for the tiny bugs in the kitchen.Well stocked kitchen, however, a new coffee pot is in order.Bed was Wonderful! Very Comfortable!Having two bathrooms was a plus!We had difficulty with key lockbox access.Instructions for finding parking space were vague.Overall, a good housing choice.

The unit was easily accessed and was well equipped and clean. Although we enjoyed our stay, the experience of booking through VRBO AND a 3rd party RE agency cost us more than we were quoted on VRBO’s booking site. Neither party would take responsibility for this non-communicated extra charge

Great location on Kona

Perfect area for seeing all parts of Kona. Lots of restaurants and shopping in walking distance as well. Property was wet up well with all needed for a beach visit. Well maintained, and Kitchen has all you needed. I would have replaced the non-stick pot and pans though. Plenty of the non stick surface missing or ready to flake off. Other than that, we had a great stay.

You could live here! Feels like home

Awesome location right in town. The ocean view from lanai seems closer in person than pictures show, you can see the ocean view from the couch and can hear the surf from all directions. The condo was large, open, clean and beautifully decorated. This is not just a VRBO investment rental - the owners used to live here and pride of ownership is obvious. Ali’i condo building and community spaces are so very well maintained and feel secure. Management company and condo owner JoJo were fantastic and responsive. The TV punked out on us and the owner JoJo was there the next day with a new, even bigger TV, apologies and gifts. We will return!

Wonderful experience

This condo is not only in an excellent location but more importantly, it was very THOUGHTFULLY equipped with all the amenities that a family needs to make their vacation very comfortable and enjoyable. The attention to details were immaculate - the condo had all the necessary stuff in the kitchen from pots and pans to spices, and more. What was really cool about this condo was that they had all the things for the kids to play at the beach - from a little cart to boogie board, beach chairs, sunscreen, umbrella, and more. The condo was very tastefully decorated. Highly recommend this place!!

This unit was everything just as photos show and then some!! Very clean, updated, well stocked and had a wondeful ocean view from lanai. We also liked the location as it was close to St. Michaels Church and farmers market. This VRBO was well worth it! We hope to stay here again. The Property manager (Blake) was great as well.! Appreciated his timeliness in responding to my questions.

This beautiful unit is in the middle of town so restaurants, shops, and some historical sights are within walking distance. Owner has done a perfect job of furnishing everything you need for your stay. Slight hiccup at check-in with time and key situation but onsite management company made things right. Perfection

What a fabulous condo right on Ali’i drive in downtown Kona. The pictures of the property are exactly what you get in person. The condo is fully equipped with everything you can think of related to kitchen tools/appliances, to beach gear, and more. The condo was spotless and updated which made for an easy and comfortable stay. The lanai was lovely to sit on early mornings or later evenings to enjoy the view of the ocean and good weather. There were two AC units which easily cooled down the condo when you were there for long periods and overnight. It also worked well when you returned from your outings to get things comfortable. TV, cable and internet options were great. The communication with Jojo was effortless and she was quick to respond to any concerns or questions. I would highly recommend this condo and I look forward to a return next year. Mahalo nui loa

JoJo is so sweet and her home is even nicer in person, more than i could have imagined! Pefect location and nice pool/bbq area. Was so nice and cool and smelled good and clean and fresh! Loved staying there being able to over look beach and Ali'i drive.. Best balcony on Allii if not all of Kona. Be carful about management thought, they aren't always welcoming. Would definitely stay in JoJos cando again. Recommend 100%

Historic Kona Location

This is a great spot for walking access to historic Kona including restaurants, shopping, and dining. It is also convenient to the main highways leading to the Big Islands many interest spots. On this trip we were even able to see the night glow of Mauna Loa's current eruption from the Condo. The current eruption viewing area is about 45 miles from this location. Enjoy!

Beautiful, Comfortable Condo

Our first impression was of how spotlessly clean and well-furnished the condo is. Our second impression confirmed the first, including a well-equipped kitchen. The condo is perfectly located in the center of the restaurant and bar district on Ali’i Drive. We have been to Kona a number of times and had done all of the sight-seeing, so this time, we decided not to rent a car and just hang out in Kona. We caught the bus from the airport and connected to the trolley which runs up and down Ali’i, and got off right in front of the condominiums. We used the trolley, which is currently free, to do grocery shopping, etc., and walked everywhere else. There is a small beach across the street from the condominiums, and we enjoyed just going there and sitting on the rocks with our feet in the surf. The condo doesn’t overlook the beach, but there is a nice view from the lanai. The condo is quiet for the most part. There are soccer courts adjacent to the bedroom window and tournaments were going on in the evening while we were there, but they finished up at 9:30 p.m. We did not find it a problem. One thing to be aware of is that while the address for the condominiums is Kuakini, they also front right on Ali’i Drive. This was the perfect condo in the perfect location for our visit. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful vacation home!

This condo is well located on the 4th floor of a building that fronts on Ali’i road. The view from the well-furnished lanai is of the beach across the street and the pool/landscaping below. It is quiet & not directly in the sun most of the day which is a plus! The unit is perfectly furnished for 2-4 people with a great kitchen, comfortable furniture and everything you could possibly need for fun and adventure as well as just plain relaxing. Parking is included and walking to EVERYTHING is easy.
