Welcome to our dreamy Kona getaway! This newly refurbished, luxury beachy retreat is designed for relaxation and convenience in the heart of Kailua Kona. Walking distance from Kona`s best restaurants and bars, it provides easy access to Ali`i Drive and all it offers, including beaches, snorkeling, sightseeing, shopping and eateries. A/C throughout house. Accommodations include a luxurious King bed in the upstairs private suite and 2 Twin rollaway beds that easily convert to a King if needed.

Property is conveniently located in the heart of Kailua- Kona just a 5 minute walk to all the best restaurants and shops Kona has to offer. This newly remodeled, professionally designed space features a King-size bed with a luxurious down pillow top mattress with a full bath and en suite walk-in shower on the 3rd floor. The second floor is where the living space is, which features a brand new plush sectional couch, 75` TV, full kitchen with range, dishwasher, refrigerator (with water and ice dispenser), toaster, coffee maker, blender and microwave. A large wooden dining table makes this space perfect for family dinners after a long day exploring all that the Big Island has to offer. The unit is equipped with a dual washer/dryer in unit. The second-floor living area also features a half bath. There are two hideaway Twin beds with down pillow toppers and the ability to turn into a king bed for additional sleeping if desired. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils, new pots/pans, and dishes needed to prepare a beautiful meal for yourself and your family.

Outdoor dinning area makes it a great place to watch the famous Kona Sunsets and enjoy the ocean views.

There is a coffee/tea shop and sandwich shop just across the street from this property that you could easily walk to.

Just so you know, this home has two other Airbnb units, but this unit has a private entrance and is completely private from the other units. We do have the availability to book the entire unit if desired for a larger family or multiple groups. The entire complex would accommodate up to 10 people.

While there are two other units on the property, each maintains separate living areas for maximum privacy. The only shared spaces are the garage (where you`ll have your own dedicated spot) and the driveway.
