Atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Meer von der Lanai, die GerĂ€usche der Brandung auf den Felsen und der Geist von Aloha begrĂŒĂŸt Sie in unserem Haus in Hawaii.

Sea Village ist ein wunderschöner Komplex am Meer mit gepflegten GÀrten, Swimmingpool, Whirlpool, Gasgrills, Parkplatz und Zugang zu Schnorcheln und Tauchen. WÀhrend unsere Wohnung und unser Lanai schon immer "Nichtraucher" waren, ist das gesamte Sea Village Hotel ab September 2018 eine Nichtraucheranlage.

Die Wohnung verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine voll ausgestattete KĂŒche, Waschmaschine und Trockner, TV, Videorekorder, DVD-Player und Stereo / CD. Öffnen Sie Ihre Lanai-TĂŒr und genießen Sie die Meeresbrise. Die Stadt Kailua (GeschĂ€fte, Restaurants) ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt, ebenso wie die StrĂ€nde und der Ali'i Garden Marketplace.

Wir erfĂŒllen alle Mietbedingungen fĂŒr Vermietung und Vermietung in Hawaii. Die Hawaii-Registrierungsnummer W53666141-01 wurde ab Dezember 2016 auf GE-053-524-4800 und TA-053-524-4800 aktualisiert. It was a wonderful and relaxing stay! The condo was clean, air conditioned, and it is in a very central location. The covered deck had a beautiful view of the ocean where we could watch surfers, see dolphins and watch the waves. The owners were very accommodating and was quick to answer emails. Great stay!

We loved this condo! The lanai was perfect and so relaxing, we even got to watch the 4th of July fireworks from there! Everything we needed in the kitchen including a blender! Bathrooms were clean and towels were so soft! Beds were so comfortable and welcoming after long travel. Full beach gear including boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and snorkel gear! Books and puzzles as well as DVDs and guide books to use. Jon was very easy to communicate with and we loved our stay. The property was quiet and the pool was perfect! We're hoping next time we can come to big island we can stay here again!

50th anniversary

I can't say enough good things about our stay. The location was perfect, allowing access to everything we wanted to do and see. I liked being back at the condo each evening to view the sunset from the lanai prior to going out to dinner at one of the many local restaurants. The unit was clean and tastefully decorated. I've used VRBO a lot and one of the most important things to me when renting a condo is feeling at home when entering the unit. That's how we felt when entering this one. It wasn't overly decorated with a lot of personal items and tacky knickknacks on the shelves and walls. All in all, it was a great place to spend our 50th anniversary vacation. I would definitely stay in this condo again. (I already miss the malsadas from Paradise Bakery.)

Gorgeous view @Sea Village

We really enjoyed the gorgeous views and peaceful place! It was just as the pictures showed! Well stocked kitchen! Beach chairs and snorkeling gear. The pool was beautiful with great views of the ocean. There were grills and picnic tables to use in the courtyard. They were cleaned by staff every morning!

Perfect family friendly accommodation

This unit was exactly what our family of 4 was looking for! The unit was stocked with everything we needed for our day trips to the beach (chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc.) and came equipped with a Graco Pack 'N Play, which was great for our little one. The pool and grill area at Sea Village was very convenient and always clean. Jon was incredibly responsive to questions leading up to and during the trip. If we return to the Big Island, I wouldn't hesitate to rebook here.

Great condo in a relaxed building

My family and I enjoyed our stay here very much! The condo complex was quiet and never felt too crowded. The common areas, grills, and pool were all kept clean and tidy. We were outside of the "busy" area close to central Kona, but not far at all. We saw lots of people walking into town while there or using rental bikes from the station just down the block. Our unit itself was well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed eating meals and just hanging out on the lanai, which was mostly shaded from the sun thanks to the northern direction, and the unit was stocked with a cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach accessories that made going out for the day easy. I only had to contact the owner once when I was having difficultly with the lock box upon arrival. I figured out the issue but he immediately called me back, so I can only imagine if I needed anything else he would have been available quickly to assist. Overall our stay was great and we'd certainly stay there again.

My girlfriend and I spent 4 nights at this property. It was clean, comfortable and the view out the balcony (er, lanai) of the cove was exceptional. Some fine details - the hosts provide just everything you might need - beach towels, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, etc. Definitely one of my better VRBO stays.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Village. Our favorite part was watching the dolphins on our lanai. The location of the lanai affords privacy with a fabulous view. The grills are located near the pool with tables and garden lights. It has a festive and friendly vibe. And finally, unlike many VRBOs, the mattresses were in great shape and the sheets soft. We slept in comfort during our stay.

Location, location, location.

We had a fabulous vacation here. This was our third time in this exact condo unit and it doesn’t disappoint. Close enough to walk to Kailua and not have to pay the steep parking costs, and far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle and noise of city nightlife. Happy Anniversary

We have stayed at Sea Village for many years and this time we came to celebrate our 57th wedding anniversary. The unit did not disappoint and the overall experience was exceptional.
