This house has it all. Wake up in the morning and have a coffee on the very large lanai overseeing the ocean, or you might want to watch the sunset from your own lanai while you have diner with a view. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Sleep 10. Two bedrooms have king size beds, 1 bedroom has a queen size bed and one bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room for one adult or 2 children.

Major upgrades were done in the Winter of 2024. Most of the flooring and cabinets were replaced. It has a new bath with large walk in shower. It has a new kitchen with monkepod wood, granite countertops and it is stoked very well.

The house is located at 700 feet elevation to capture the cool breeze . It has stairs from the garage to the house, therefore it is not going to work for people who can not climb stairs. Only the main floor is for rent. The daylight basement, with separate entrance is for the caretaker.
