Away from the hustle and bustle of tourists and traffic, Ohi'a Kona Estates is located in the hills above Kona with beautiful views of the Pacific and plenty of local flora and fauna. Our onsite hosts, Kyle and Maza are there to orient yourselves with the property and provide services such as the continental breakfast, advice on places to visit and local places to eat as well as help you may need while on site.
Cool breezes, temperate climates, and lots of sunshine, four 1 bedroom suites have private baths and large living rooms to relax and recharge. One additional room has 2 twins and a trundle bed.
Free Parking and No Resort fees! A Light Breakfast option is also available for a weekly fee

The Estate
Ohi'a Kona Estates is located on three acres of gently sloped hills spotted with a wide variety of exotic plants and trees. We have over an acre of lawn perfect for exercising, meditation, or just going for a stroll. It is also important to note that nature sounds are abundant as the property is in an agricultural district of Hawaii. We have koki frogs at night that sing, especially after or during a rain.
When you reserve the entire estate, you get access to much more of the property, including the full kitchen and family room. There is also a British style pub available for use if you speak with Kyle and Maza, our hosts on the property!
Relax on our lounge chairs on the lanai or have a bite to eat and sip coffee or a glass of wine on our 1500-square-foot patio.
You will have access to most areas of the grounds, including the large patio, spa, and recreation room with a pool table and darts.

The Rooms
There are four one-bedroom master suites, each with its own KING bed, living room and full bathroom recently built with all the modern amenities. There is ample wifi in each room,s and each television is equipped with a Roku so that you can stream your favorite channels like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple+, HBO, and Hulu.
In addition, fresh flora around the property, in-room conveniences available like a coffee maker, wine glasses and opener, and a small refrigerator are also included as part of your stay.

The Hosts
Hosts Maza and Kyle will be onsite to answer any questions you may have about the property or the island. Both have been on the island for years and can be great resources for where to go and what to do. They are also there to help and maintain the property. Questions about your room or if you need extra towels or bedding, they are there to help with those requests!
