Located within the exclusive gated community of Tuhaye, with amenities including Park City's Main Street, Deer Valley, and Park City Mountain all within a 20-minute drive, enjoy mountain, lake, and valley vistas, open space, rolling hills, golf course views, and an expansive trail network for your walking, hiking and biking pleasure.
The home provides a serene retreat, boasting a modern interior design with luxury touches throughout, two living spaces, and two outdoor living areas.
The main level of the home features a spacious kitchen which is equipped with everything you might need to prepare homecooked meals. A breakfast bar can seat up to four, while the large dining table seats up to six. Enjoy the surrounding landscape on the large balcony, which is furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, a BBQ grill, and a flat-screen TV.
In the living room, floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with natural light. Take comfort on the large sectional couch surrounding a gas fireplace and large flatscreen TV. A beautiful, exposed wood ceiling and stone wall add a touch of mountain charm to the modern decor.
The master bedroom features gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows, exposing a lovely view of the nearby pond and surrounding landscape.
