A modern and fully - furnished 2-bedroom flat in the heart of Kamena Vourla, a coastal town in central Greece within a mere two hours distance from Athens. This is a seaside home for anyone wishing to have panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and access to a vast beach within a few meters walking distance for your home away from home.

Our homely and bright flat has all essential appliances such as washing machine, cooker, fridge/freezer, iron, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes, pans and cutlery. There are two large bedrooms, one of which has access to the balcony. There is also a brand new sofa-bed in the sitting room. Two flat-screen TVs are provided with access to Netflix and Wi-fi and there is air conditioning in all the rooms, central heating and free private parking.

The local amenities are within walking distance with a ‘Galaxia’ supermarket about 10 minutes by foot, grocers and butchers, pharmacies and bank are also nearby. The area boasts a lovely promenade alongside the beach to one side and nestled in a valley of eucalyptus and olive trees to the other side - there you will find the luscious hiking trials of Mount Knimis.

There is also an array of local restaurants and taverns to choose from for all tastes and budgets and there is a possibility of making trips to the nearby ski centre of Mount Parnassos or excursions to the Meteora monasteries, Delphi, Thermopiles and many other points of interest. Lichadonisia (‘candy islands’), known as the Greek Seychelles, are only 10 minutes away by boat, promising an unforgettable experience on islets to enjoy away from for the day. The beautiful island of Evia (2nd largest in Greece) is also only a boat ride away and can be seen from the flat’s balcony as well as ferry boats to the Sporadic islands of Skiathos, Skopelos and Allonisos from Agios Konstantinos port.
