Gut: Sauberkeit, Personal & Service und Zustand der Unterkunft
First of all, I would like to sincerely thank you and your entire team for your hard work, kindness, and hospitality during my stay at your hotel. The staff were always friendly, professional, and willing to help, and I truly appreciate their efforts.
The main concern I would like to share is the room rate. In my opinion, the price is too high compared to the facilities and services the hotel offers. During my visit, I found another hotel with significantly more facilities, a larger property, and amenities such as a swimming pool, yet it was about 30% less expensive. As a result, my companion and I decided to move to that hotel.
I would also like to mention the breakfast. Although the breakfast staff were excellent, kind, and very helpful, I noticed that after my first week, the quality and variety of the breakfast declined noticeably.
For these reasons, I prefer not to submit a rating at this time. I hope the hotel will continue to improve, and I sincerely hope that on my next visit I will have an even better experience.
