Mauna Lani Beach Club Pass: Your stay will include a pass card to the private parking area for the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Mauna Lani Beach Club is a beach area on the South end of the Mauna Lani Resort. It is a white sandy cove with calm water. There are lounge chairs available on a first come, first serve basis. There is a full service restaurant adjacent to the beach area.

Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: open parking in complex for 1 car. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.

Fairways at Mauna Lani 2001 is located in Building 20 at the Fairway at Mauna Lani in the Mauna Lani Beach Resort. Offering plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Fairways at Mauna Lani are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Mauna Lani Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Mauna Lani Beach Resort is a master planned world class resort with Golf Courses, shopping and dining. The Shops at Mauna Lani have restaurants, shops and a grocery store.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Best Location, Beautiful Home

We enjoyed our stay in the Fairways at Mauna Lani condo. It’s well appointed with everything you need from beach chairs to bedding. We had a wonderful vacation here. Having access to the beach club and pool was fantastic. You can’t find a better beach on the island. If you have to opportunity to stay in this community I would not miss out. This condo in particular is very comfortable. My husband and I stayed here with our adult children. There is a grocery store, restaurants, and shopping near by within a few minutes. It was hard to leave this lively place.

Perfect Getaway

The condo complex is conveniently located to Kona but also things we wanted to do more north such as Waimea, Hawi, and beaches above Kona area. Access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club was the best! Loved the little market nearby. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with kitchen, laundry, and beach essentials. My kids had so much fun with the boogie boards provided. We appreciated the cooler and beach chairs and that we never ran out of basics like toilet paper, soaps, and paper towels like we've experienced at other rentals. The condo complex is so quiet- perfect for sitting out on the lanais and for enjoying the pool and jacuzzi at night after our long days at the beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing property

Just came back from a wonderful stay on the Big Island. This unit was very nice. One of the most comfortable couches ever. Ample cookware, plate/cups, etc. Various different appliances. Great location. Walked to Fairmont Orchid daily to get coffee. Only used the Mauna Lani Beach Club pass once but a nice perk. Would come back again and highly recommend!

Mom/son 21st Bday Trip

I took my son who just turned 21 and my 23 yo daughter who lives in Seattle for a mom/son/daughter bday celebration to our favorite place. It’s been a few years, but we used to come every year since 2004, as my kids’ dad grew up in the Big Island. Our oldest daughter got cancer and fought for three years before passing at the age of 8. Her last trip a month before she passed was to Mauna Lani, and her she’s are spread out from the rocky point on the golf course, where the Catamaran took us out and we held service for her at sea. So we also got to visit our sweet Savannah while enjoying a lovely stay in your clean and perfectly comfy home. Thank you!

We stay at the Mauni Lani resort one and sometimes twice a year and have rented condos in all the neighborhoods. This was by far the best and cleanest furnished condo we have rented. the appliances were all in like new condition. The management company did an excellent job of keeping us informed prior to arrival and departure.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Fairways. The beach was very nice along with the beach club. The pool was a little cold on the first few days, but warmed up. Great Family Vacation

Overall a great vacation property. Had an issue with the key code lock on arrival. I left a message with the rental company, which was returned within 5-10 minutes. After that, everything went smoothly. The property was very clean and well-appointed. There was a yummy bag of coffee waiting. You'll need things such as condiments, though there was salt, pepper, and cooking spray, along with plenty of cooking pans, utensils, toaster, blender, etc. There are plenty of towels, and my bed was very comfy. This is my second stay in this particular property, and I'd definitely stay again.

Great stay!

We had a great time! Location was perfect and kids loved the pool and hot tub. We loved had well equipped the kitchen was and the knives were also sharp which was great. The beds were really comfortable along with the living room. The outdoor space was a little dark so we mostly hung out by the pool. The beach club was also awesome and the Foodland near the unit had everything we needed. We would stay again.
