Within walking distance of local coffee shops, ice cream, restaurants and more. Only minutes from the highway, 20mins from downtown KC, or 20mins from Chiefs stadium. Come on over and stay a while :)
The space

Built in 1875 this 150 year old home boasts original hardwood floors, bay window seats and built in bookshelves. Not only is it beautiful and full of charm, it has also been updated to provide guests with modern comforts. The first floor bathroom is quite spacious and includes a washer/dryer for guest use.
Sleeping arrangements are: 4 full bedrooms with a total of 2 King beds, 1 Queen and 3 twins plus 2 pull-out twin trundle beds (accommodating 9-11 people) and 1 pack-n-play for infants.

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking or Vaping Inside, NO PARTIES. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.

Trip-Related Issues. From time to time, things happen! And when they do, we want the opportunity to fix them immediately, so you can continue enjoying your stay. If any issues come up, please let us know so we can try our best to fix it right away!

Our check-in time is 3pm check out is 10 am. There are no exceptions to this rule unless previously agreed upon with the host.

There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. Please, at all times, be mindful of the neighbors and residents around you and keep noise to a minimum when entering and leaving the house during quiet hours.
