1. No parties or events are allowed at anytime.
2.Please make sure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests staying at the property.
3. Be respectful of neighbors at all times, especially regarding noise.
4. No smoking inside the home. If you choose to smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Smoking inside the home may result in additional cleaning charges if any revenue is lost due to smoke odor.
5. Please ensure all trash is picked up and disposed of properly in the designated area. Excessive amount of trash could result in an extra charge if it has to be hauled away.
6. Before check out, please double check that no personal belongings are left behind. Cleaners dispose of items that remain after check out.
7. If you bring a pet, it must be added to the reservation and the required pet fee must be paid. You must clean up after your own fur babies.
8. Pets are not to be left unattended at the property.
9. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive pet hair or pet related mess is left behind. Each situation is evaluated individually.
