Walking distance to multiple parks and Summit Waves water park. This centrally located home is within a 30 min drive of the following: The Plaza, Chiefs and Royals stadiums, Worlds of Fun and Oceans of Fun, The West Bottoms, downtown KC, Nelson Atkins Museum and Powell Gardens.

Finished upstairs space has slanted ceilings, A/C and heat



HOUSE RULES:

No Smoking/Vaping/Marijuana inside the home, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings or No Unregistered guests. Please indicate the number of guests prior to booking.



Be kind to the neighbors.

Do NOT block their parking spots/driveways.



If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.



Pets:

We welcome well-behaved pets with prior host approval.

Our yard is fenced in, providing a secure space for your dog to play and enjoy.

-If you plan to bring a pet, please notify us after booking. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets (dog waste stations provided). Please note there is a $500 fine for unauthorized pets. Pets must not be left unattended in the home or yard, and are not permitted on furniture. Additional pet fees apply.
