Watch your family from your lanai while they swim and play in the heated pool. This beautiful condo has two FULL baths, unusual at Lae Nani. Enjoy the ocean breeze as it casts a coolness your way through the lanai door. Lae Nani 113 is a beautiful and conveniently placed unit. Located directly next door to the Coconut market place and the Lava Lava Beach club providing plenty of walking distance entertainment! New installed split system AC in the bedroom for added comfort throughout the unit.

Today, beautiful white sandy beaches, lush green mountains and valleys, and consistently warm weather all year round attract travelers from all over the world. The Royal Coconut Coast has become a popular tourist destination because of its central location, beauty, rich history and culture, and variety of activities available for the whole family. From Wailua to Kealia, the east side of Kauai offers accommodations for both the budget traveler and those wanting a more full-service resort experience. The whole family can find something to do here, from a leisurely day at the beach or spa, to biking, hiking, kayaking, or golfing, there are many options of how to spend your time on Kauai’s Royal Coconut Coast.



Getting Around:

A rental car is the best way to see the island, however there are other options;

The Kauai County bus, Uber and Lyft are available. Bike rentals are nearby!

Yes the host was welcoming and communication was open, detailed and timely. The suite was spacious, extremely clean and well furnished/decorated. The entire unit was updated and bright. There were thoughtful additions like 4 beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and body boards, not mention a new box of chocolate macadamia nuts!! As the unit is at ground level, the lanai was spacious with a ceiling fan, comfy recliner chairs and patio set and direct access to the pool and beach. The beach was a secluded cove great for young families. There was also a small surf ideal for body boarding. One could walk along the beach for 2 miles. The location of the complex is adjacent to Coconut Market Place with numerous shops and restaurants. When we return to Kauai this will be our primary accommodation. Pat and Lorne, Calgary Alberta

Great location

The location was perfect to easily get to both sides of the island- Poipu and Hanalei. The condo was clean and the grounds were meticulously kept. The pool was great and the beach, restaurants and activities nearby were also great. For a family who spends a lot of time visiting different beaches it was good to have a high quality umbrella (thank you). The beach chairs, however could use an upgrade to the typical backpack style chair that reclines as the ones provided were extremely uncomfortable. A cooler for the beach would have also been greatly appreciated. I was also disappointed when I asked for clean towels on the first day because the current ones smelled musty that the response was to go wash them myself. We also requested an additional bed sheet for one of my kids to sleep on the couch and I was told that this could not be provided. Some updates to the interior are needed including AC added to the main living area.

Great Location

The condo was attractive, comfortable and convenient. We especially enjoyed the patio in the evenings and the close proximity to the pool and outdoor grills. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The adjacent surf was fun too. Parking was abundant and gated. We could not ask for a better vacation rental.

Family fun

My family loved staying here. Pool was great and the condo was the perfect size for my family of five. Lava Lava club is next door for beach side dinning with fun yard games and beach swings. Lydgate park was less than 5 minutes away. Perfect spot to explore each end of the island. Only thing was the a/c was in the bedroom and didn't cool the whole condo and construction was going on in the two condos surrounding ours

Lovely setting

This condo was a great location convenient to all parts of the island, in a lovely setting. The grounds are gorgeous. This condo has a wonderful lanai with easy access to the pool & beach. My husband and I enjoyed our week here very comfortably. The bed was comfortable and bedroom air conditioned. The condo was well stocked with things we needed. We would stay here again.

Perfect Island Vacation Spot

The property is situated in a quiet and beautifully landscaped spot on a gorgeous beach. The grounds and pool are always quiet and pristine. There are shallow pools and lagoons for the smaller folks or those who don’t like big waves. It is walking distance from wonderful shops and restaurants. 5 min drive to Safeway and 10 minute drive to Costco and other stores. 30 minutes to either side of the island. The suite was so clean and well appointed. It had everything you could want. Lots of seating in various areas. Large easy to use kitchen. Bathrooms were both updated and clean and perfect. The check in and out process could not be simpler. Parking is free and close to the units. The sound of the waves and murmur of birds surround the outside patio. We spent most of our time sitting on the patio, walking 30 ft to the pool or just beyond to the beach. Although all units seemed to be occupied it was a lovely and quiet upscale atmosphere. We will definitely book again

This place is perfect

This is a beautiful ground floor unit that comfortably sleeps 4. It is nice to have two full baths as well. The communication with Tina's group was excellent with any questions that we had being answered within minutes. It was unusually warm while we were there and we appreciated the air conditioning at night.

Just returned from an 8 day stay. Condo location is superb. The beds are very comfortable. Condo was clean and well stocked. We never turned the AC on, the fans provided were enough. We are already planning to return! Excellent site host.

This is our 2nd stay at Lea Nani. The property is right on the beach with a pool and bbq grills. It is a short walk to the Coconut Marketplace and Lava Lava Beach Club. Our 1st floor unit was comfortable and well equipped with all we needed.

Great stay in Wailua!

Fantastic property with access to pool and beach right from the patio. Close to many great restaurants down the road. Unit itself is well-maintained and provided many amenities including kitchen and cleaning supplies. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property as it was fairly central for exploring the entire island!

Great renovated unit, steps from pool & beach, nice central location

This is a beautifully renovated unit (minor work still being completed). The pull out bed was comfortable and easy to use. It is steps to the pool and in a nice central location on the island for exploring. The property management company was pleasant to deal with. One word of warning about the condo development if you have kids - the on-site property management sternly asks parents not to allow their children to jump in the pool, even when the children keep a respectful distance from other swimmers. We watched this happen to 4 families while we were there. No jumping means no playing - so it is unfortunately not a great fit for kids.
