This luxury garden view 2bd 3ba condo is located at beautiful Waipouli Beach Resort & Spa on Kauai.
We are Unit #A303
Beautifully furnished and with central air for your comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked, top of the line appliances, granite countertops, and travertine flooring in the kitchen and baths. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The master has a king size bed. The second bedroom had two full beds. Both have attached full baths.

The resort features breathtaking sunrises, lazy river pool, water slides, 3 sand bottom hot tubs, kiddie pool with a beach entry, BBQ’s, fitness center and a beautiful oceanfront restaurant and bar.

The unit has 3 flat screen TV’s, which includes a smart TV in the living room. Internet is also included. Dine on your private lanai.

Located in the A building, this is the closest building to the ocean. Great access to pool, beach and restaurant but no noise. Sleep with the doors open and hear the waves. Easy access to parking and elevator.

Waipouli Beach Resort is centrally located on the island. Safeway and Starbucks right across the street.

Kauai has many activities and adventures to offer. Land, Sea & Air. The choice is yours. Or just relax at this beautiful 5star resort.

Condo looked just like advertised. Great location. Resort was beautiful! Beach was very nice and we were so happy to see the seals. It was the best view I've ever had while grilling. Jodi was very responsive when we requested to add an extra day. Would definitely stay again!

A wonderful stay! The condo is spacious (nearly 1200 square feet) with two bedrooms separated by the living room. The second bedroom has a huge bath, and the master bedroom has an even larger bath that can be divided into two bathrooms with separate entries. The kitchen is large with a SubZero built in refrigerator and other high-end appliances. High quality dinnerware for six, abundant glassware and plenty of high quality pots and kitchen utensils are provided. There is a table for four in the living room, and another on the patio as well as seating for three at the kitchen counter.This third floor condo was silent at night. The beds were comfortable. Sleep quality was excellent.This unit is close to the ocean but has a garden view; however, it seemed to be priced substantially less than similar units with an ocean view. Were we to return to Kaua’i, I’d surely consider staying here again.

We stayed here as a family of five, including 3 kids. We loved having two bedrooms as well as two full bathrooms and even a third toilet! It was great being able to make our kids a quick breakfast each morning, which saved time and money. The pool is very nice and has three different hot tubs, 2 being adult-only, and one kid-friendly with a lower temperature. My daughter loved the two water slides. We also loved the proximity to the beach. Our last morning there, we walked out to enjoy the waves one last time and saw whales breech 4 times. The on-site restaurant was also really tasty. We enjoyed the convenience of Safeway and other stores being directly across the street. Thanks for a great stay.

The room was beautiful, and it was stocked with everything we could have needed for our stay. The pool was perfect for constant entertainment for the kids and the beach was steps away for the perfect Hawaiian experience. Groceries, shave ice, and souvenirs were directly across the street and there were plenty of options for restaurants within walking distance. Our host responded quickly to all of our questions. Beautiful Location and Unit

The pool was a highlight and the grounds are beautifully kept. The kitchen was wonderful to cook in and better stocked than many condos we have stayed in. For example, they had metal grill utensils, an oven thermometer, margarita glasses, and a rice cooker. It was spacious and a comfortable place to relax in. We didn't hear neighbors during our stay. Communication was good. The only down side was that the WiFi isn't the strongest, and the password in the binder needs to be updated. We were able to figure it out. We would book this unit again.

Great location, fun pool, and excellent service

This was our first time visiting Kauai, and we loved the location of Waipouli Beach Resort. The pool was a lot of fun, and while we couldn’t swim in the ocean right out front, we enjoyed exploring the coral and shells that washed ashore. We had a small issue with the air conditioning, but Jodi took care of it immediately, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a great stay, and we’d definitely consider returning!

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about the unit, the owner, the resort and the island-10/10!The unit was well located, steps away from the pool and the sand. It had everything we needed including some essential beach items for us to take on our daily outings.The location on the island gave us a great jumping off point to explore the whole island; easy drives north, south, and west. We also loved getting to explore Kapa’a including some top notch food/food trucks and excellent beaches. We would highly recommend this place for anyone.
