Condo A305 is a 1 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Condo in Building “A” and steps away from the sandy-bottom shallow-water, young children’s pool, which is connected to the beautiful adult’s and children’s lazy river pool, and sand bottom whirlpool spa. Condo A305 is also steps away from the ocean’s beachfront, and the award-winning restaurant, "Oasis on the Beach". There’s also ample parking close by and a couple of handicapped parking spots in front of Building A, just bring your permits.

There’s Central Air Conditioning in this condo as well as a brand-new, full-size stackable Washer and Dryer (see photo). Beach chairs and cooler, etc., are complementarily included.

Located on the 3rd floor in the highly desirable Oceanfront "A" Building (see Condo A305 exterior on photo). This nicely decorated 1 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo offers a Lanai/balcony for a Gorgeous Mountain View, and when looking to your right, a Peek Ocean View can be seen. There’s an easy access elevator nearby taking you steps away from the children’s sand pool which is directly connected to the family friendly lazy river pool and whirlpool spa. Building “A” is also steps away from the ocean’s beaches and the award winning "Oasis on the Beach" restaurant for your dining pleasures.

The Master Bedroom Suite has a king bed, a writing desk, and a full-size dresser. There’s a Master Bath with a soaking tub; and in the 2nd bathroom there’s a separate shower too. The living room has a newer queen sleeper sofa. This condo comfortably accommodates 2 to 4 people. There are TV's in the living room and a TV in the master bedroom with a large selection of channels.

The Gourmet Kitchen has stainless steel “Sub Zero” and “Wolf” appliances, solid granite counter tops, travertine flooring, and is adequately equipped with supplies for your cooking experiences. There is crown molding throughout this Condo.

Condo A305 is located directly next to the paved Kapaʻa Bike Path (also known as Ke Ala Hele Makālae). This biking/running/walking path spans miles along the coast. Entrance onto this path is steps away from Building “A”. You can leisurely bike, run, or walk along the ocean front for miles, passing various stops like beaches, food trucks, and scenic lookouts.
