The primary guest's full legal name will be required after booking so the Marriott reservation can be placed in the guest's name. Guests will check in directly with Marriott and should present a valid government-issued ID and credit card for incidentals.

Full resort amenities and self-parking are included at no charge. There is no resort fee and no daily amenity charge on this reservation. These charges do not apply to a guest staying on an owner reservation.
Payment in full is required to confirm. Upon receipt, a guest certificate will be issued in the renting party's name. The guest presents photo identification matching the certificate at check-in.
Once payment has been made and the guest certificate has issued, this booking is non-refundable. No refund or credit is available for cancellation by the renting party, for late arrival, for early departure, or for any unused portion of the stay.
If the accommodation cannot be delivered for any reason, including cancellation by the resort or the vacation club, closure of the property, or the guest being denied check-in through no fault of the guest, the amount paid will be refunded in full. That refund is the renting party's sole and exclusive remedy, and the owner is not responsible for airfare, other travel costs, or any consequential damages.
Guests are encouraged to carry travel insurance.
