There’s a washer and dryer for your use, smart TVs, and plenty of space to relax or gather as a group. Most rooms have split or portable AC units to keep you cool, and we’ve stocked the home with a few starter essentials to get you settled in comfortably.

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We`re only a phone call/message away. You will be able to check yourself in upon arrival.

Getting around Kapolei is easy and convenient. You’re close to major shopping centers like Kapolei Commons and Ka Makana Ali‘i, plus plenty of local restaurants and cafes just a short drive away. Public transit options like The Bus run regularly along nearby routes, connecting you to other parts of Oʻahu. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available too. If you want to explore beyond Kapolei — from the North Shore to Honolulu or the Windward Coast — renting a car is highly recommended for the most flexibility and convenience.

Please remember that you are staying in a privately owned home in a neighborhood community. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but we are not on-site 24/7.
-No smoking in the property or on the lanai
-No parties or events on the premises
-Please observe quiet hours of 11pm to 7am
-Please do not remove or rearrange any items, any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest.
-Additional guests not listed on the reservation are not allowed.
-Please keep the Lanai door closed, and the all doors locked when you are not present in the unit.
-A fee of $50 plus shipping will be charged for the return of any items left behind.

Please treat the home and its furnishings with care.A $25 charge will apply for stains on items.A $50 charge will apply for handling and shipping of lost & found items.These policies help us maintain the property in excellent condition and ensure smooth service for all guests. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE UNIT or on the unit property unless explicitly designated by a sign designating an area for smoking. Additionally if the smell of smoking Tobacco, Hemp, Clove, Marijuana or any other organic or inorganic substances is observed inside the unit upon your departure there will be a $500 charge. Additionally, any evidence of illegal substances (Marijuana or other illegal substances) left behind by guests will be reported to authorities. We want you to enjoy your time with us, but we have ZERO TOLERANCE for Drug use and our properties are SMOKE FREE.
