The Lily Pad is a luxurious, pet friendly, waterfront cabin, that was completed in 2023 and is dedicated to family fun and relaxation! The cabin offers a private gated entry and winds through the large Cypress trees down to the Big Cypress River and is just a short drive from historical Jefferson. Conveniently located 1 mile from Caddo State Park, only 0.5 mile from the public boat ramp on HWY 43. This spot is perfect for a girls' weekend or a group fishermen to spend time relaxing on the porch overlooking the river, floating the river or by the fire pit on those chilly nights. Walk in the front door to find a space truly created with you in mind. The view from the deck is definitely a favorite spot! The cabin comfortably sleeps 8 guests. There is parking for 4 vehicles max and a separate area for boat parking, including two covered areas.

The Lily Pad is setup to host a variety of groups, including girls' trips, fisherman, couples wanting a romantic getaway, and families who are looking for some fun. With its warm and welcoming atmosphere, beautiful natural surroundings with amazing views, and luxurious amenities, it is the perfect place to unwind, reconnect with loved ones, and create lasting memories, no matter what the occasion.

The kitchen is open to the living area. It is fully equipped with new stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops, plenty of cabinet space and an island that seats 2 guests. Included in the kitchen is a coffee and wet bar area nestled in the oversized cabinet area.

Relax on the oversized couch in the living area while watching your favorite movie or show on the large smart TV.

The comfortable king-size bed in the primary guest suite will provide a good night's sleep after a full day of activities. Included within the primary guest bathroom are two vanities, a large walk-in shower, soaking bathtub, and closet.

The queen guest room includes a view that overlooks the tall cypress trees and grand views of the sunsets. This room includes two nightstands with reading lights, a smart TV and a storage for all of your belongings. The guest bath has a tub/shower combo and single vanity.

A stackable washer and dryer are located in kitchen area with provided detergent.

Enjoy the views while grilling on the gas grill, relaxing on the over-sized pier or eating a meal around the outdoor dining table. Warm up by the firepit or have fun playing outdoor games.

The cabin's kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and the like for creating a delicious meal.

All bed linens and bath towels are provided. Coffee, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, laundry detergent, makeup cloths, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available for guests to use.

The Lily Pad truly has all the amenities to make your stay an enjoyable and memorable one. The cabin is cleaned and sanitized thoroughly after each occupancy.
