Villa Beach House Duo, exclusive 4 bedroom overlooking Kalamar Bay

Villa Beach House Duo has been furnished in a contemporary style and the centre of Kalkan town is a 15-20 minute walk away - there are a selection of excellent cafes and restaurants a 10 - 12 minute walk away, together with a convenience store. Recently completed to a very high standard, the villa has truly breathtaking views out towards Mouse and Snake Islands and its own distinctively-designed swimming pool complete with Jacuzzi section and childrens' pool.



Ground floor:

Open plan kitchen, living and dining area.

The kitchen is well-equipped and includes applicances such as large fridge-freezer, oven, hob + extractor and microwave. It also features Corian work surfaces and an island unit.

A dining table to seat 9 is provided.

The living area has plenty of comfortable seating, flat-screen satellite TV + DVD player and direct access to the apartment’s pool terrace.

A separate WC is located on this level, together with a utility area housing a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The first of the villa's four bedrooms, a double, is on this floor and this bedroom has an en-suite shower room together with direct access out onto the pool terrace.

First floor:

There are three bedrooms on this level, two doubles (each en-suite shower room and sea view balcony) plus a twin (with en-suite shower room and sea view balcony).

Outside the villa:

The main feature of this villa is its magnificent pool - this features a Jacuzzi section (3 metres x 3 metres), together with a childrens' pool (3 metres x 3 metres), an area into which sun loungers can be placed (3 metres x 12 metre) as well a large swimming area (4 metres x 12 metres).

The pool terrace is spacious and furnished with dining table, 8 sun-loungers and a comfortable shaded seating area from which to enjoy those stunning views.

The views from the pool terrace include both Kalkan and Kalamar Bays with Mouse + Snake Islands in the distance.

The walk into the centre of the town will take 20 minutes. This is downhill all the way, therefore, a taxi back is advisable. These are easily available and reasonably priced (as mentioned, there is a selection of cafes and restaurants a 10 minute walk away plus a convenience store)
Shopping deliveries can be arranged free of charge
Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis, so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is carried out. If staying to 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change
This villa is located next door to Villa Beach House which can accommodate up to 10 guests, so the two villas combined can accommodate large parties of up to 18 guests

Changeover/checkout: Guests are advised that we are very strict with changeover times. Check-in is at 15.00hrs, and checkout at 11.00hrs. We appreciate that your flight times may not suit this arrangement, and are happy to do all we can to help make your arrival/departure as smooth as possible by storing your luggage (if you are able to bring it to our office) while you kill time before check in/your airport transfer. In return, please help us and our house keepers to do our work.
Breakages and insurance: To secure villa owners against breakages and damages, it is our policy to charge a refundable damage deposit. This is usually £300 and will be reimbursed to you a week following your stay. The payment can be made with your final balance payment 10 weeks before your arrival date. Please note that guests should have their own insurance cover for personal injury, loss of possessions, damage to property, medical and cancellations.
