Villa KaLu is a brand new villa at LaVanta, Kalkan The villa is located just a couple of minutes minutes walking distance to the Communal pool and Cafe Bar and is only a short drive to the sea, beaches, restaurants and shops. The Villa is fully air conditioned, has beautiful flooring and has its own private parking space



The Space:

Villa KaLu has been constructed to the highest standard and offers a modern contemporary and and luxury lifestyle both inside and outside. The outside space is fabulous with an extended marble terrace giving plenty of room for sunbathing and al fresco dining. There is a pool set in private gardens where you can simply cool down on a hot summers day. Comfortable sun-loungers with bright cushions make the perfect place to relax and catch some rays



There is a spacious open plan living area with a lounge, kitchen and dining area. The well equipped kitchen has all modern appliances and is separated from the dining room by a breakfast bar. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and all of the cookware, tableware, cutlery and glasses that you will need



The dining area has a large table with comfortable seating for 6 and there is a downstairs bathroom and small utility area



The living room is light and airy with 2 sets of patio doors leading onto the terrace and pool. It has comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV…..you will spend most of your time outdoors but should you need a ‘night in’ its perfect for realxing in comfort



The three bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom has a large en-suite shower room, a king sized bed, private balcony and sea views.



The second bedroom is a twin bedroom and again has great sea and mountain views and the third bedroom is has a double bed. There are wardrobes in all rooms. There is also a separate family bathroom



All towels and linens are provided and for guests staying more than 10 days there is a mid clean and laundry change. A BBQ is provided and all guests have full access to the communal facilities. Wireless internet is available throughout Lavanta

You have access to the whole house with garden and outdoor spaces alone, including swimming pool.



Full use of LaVanta facilities including a stunning communal 25m Infinity pool with breathtaking views of the mediterranean with sun-loungers and parasols. Alongside the pool is the LaVanta ClubHouse which offers a selection of hot and cold food; beers, wines, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks. Children are also catered for with table tennis; football table; trampoline and an infant plunge pool. We look forward to welcoming you to the Clubhouse.

Lunch: 12.30 – 15.00

Dinner: 18:30 – 21.30 (last orders)

The Neighborhood:

Kalkan

Kalkan is a perfect escape from the hustle of everyday life! Nestled around a sheltered harbour at the foot of the stunning Taurus Mountains, this charming, unspoiled town boasts a breathtaking bay. Once a Greek fishing village called Kalamaki, Kalkan now thrives on high-end tourism. Wander the quaint old town to discover its picturesque harbour, cozy shops, and delightful eateries—from casual cafés to fine dining. You’ll find banks, supermarkets, a lively Thursday market, and a smaller Sunday market in nearby Akbel. The harbour area has something for everyone: a pebble beach, beach clubs with frequent boat shuttles, water sports, and popular day trips at sea. For a change of pace, take a quick 20-minute drive to vibrant Kas or head to Fethiye for great shopping.
