This newly renovated apartment is an excellent choice for those looking for a comfortable and functional accommodation solution for their stay. Tastefully decorated and uniquely designed, this apartment is fully equipped to make you feel right at home. The apartment is a loft type. It consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa-bed and a smart TV, a kitchen with all its appliances, and a bathroom with all hygiene items.

On the second floor there is a bedroom with a wide bed. Due to the layout of the apartment, up to 4 people can comfortably stay here. The apartment is bright, and the loft-type layout gives guests privacy in a relatively small area.

You will find this apartment in a quiet part of Kaunas - Žaliakalni. For those who like a quiet, slow rest, we have excellent knowledge, you will be able to enjoy this kind of rest not only in the apartments themselves but also in its neighbourhood. You can reach many places of interest within a 15-minute walk: the Resurrection of Christ Balika, the Žaliakalnis Funicular, the Museum of Devils, the War Museum, the Stadium of Darius and Girėnas and much more!

For those who like an active lifestyle, don't miss the opportunity to use the nearby sports fields - football, basketball, volleyball, tennis, you will find them all! When it comes to quality leisure time, visit the nearby ice arena.

We have not forgotten those who adore the bustle of the city and the nightlife. After going down Savanorių Avenue, you will immediately find yourself in the center of Kaunas, where you will find everything: Shopping centers, restaurants, eateries, night clubs, bars and much more! You will also admire the architecture and history of the city, exploring the old town of Kaunas, the town hall, or Kaunas Castle. In each of these objects, you will notice how intensely life is boiling there, concerts, excursions and exhibitions are already waiting for you.

You can reach many places of leisure, shops and eateries just on foot. If you need to reach a further area, you can always use public transport, using the public transport schedules and the ticketing apps "Trafi", and "Žiogas" you will reach any area of Kaunas without any problems. During the warm season, the "Bolt" and "CityBee" apps offer to rent electric scooters, and bicycles, and to drive in their various rental cars all year round. And if you plan to use your transport, you will find more than one gas station in the neighbourhood of Žaliakalnis. The parking space is also taken care of, you can park your vehicle in the private, guarded yard right next to the apartment.

The apartment is on the second floor, and getting to the apartment does require climbing stairs. There is a lift inside the building.

The limit of people in the apartment is the number of people mentioned in the reservation—no extra guests.
Children of all ages are allowed.
Smoking inside the apartments is not allowed.
Pets are allowed (Extra charges will apply). The guest must collect pet droppings.
Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00.
Guest must wash their used dishes and take out the garbage before their check-out
Pet fee - 10€ / night for each pet
Guests are forbidden to move all furniture (except chairs)
The apartment is prepared with one set of bedding on the bed, regardless of bed size. Additional bedding, bed linen, and towels for the remaining guests mentioned on the reservation are stored in the apartment (in the sofa bed compartment or wardrobe) for you to use and arrange as needed.
All guests must upload their data to the local authorities in accordance with the law of tourism in Lithuania
