The villa has 4 bedrooms, one in the attic with an ensuite bathroom and double bed, 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor with ensuite bathrooms and double beds, plus one more on the 1st floor that has a bunk bed, and the bathroom is outside. The living room with an open kitchen is located on the same level with big openings to the spacious veranda offering amazing views.

The villa is built at an elevation of 90 meters above sea level, and offers unique sea views, sun and moon rises. Just 750 meters to the nearest beach, and 1,2km from the bustling harbour village of Agia Efimia, set in a quiet neighbourhood. It can be rented together with Villa Kandia for large groups and special events.

Located in a delightful position, at the heart of the island in the picturesque port village of Agia Efimia (9km from the famous Myrtos Beach, close to Melissani Lake, Drogarati Cave, and the romantic village of Assos).

Within walking distance, you can find beautiful beaches, many traditional tavernas, shops, markets, coffee shops, and bars, as well as a post office, a pharmacy, boat and bike rental, daily cruises, a diving centre, and ATMs.

There is a camera covering the entrance of the property, the back of the property, and part of the side garden with a partial view of the pool (the last is deactivated during the season and is on in the winter season)
