The 2 traditional Ionian-style stone houses are spaced sufficiently apart (total area of 5100 sq meters) and the architect perfectly took advantage of the sea front lengthy landscape, to ensure privacy and panoramic sea view for each villa.

A superb Mediterranean garden was created with 150 trees and flowers planted, keeping the old olives trees and their natural beauty and shadow.

The Italian owners, have used their exquisite taste for detail to magnificent effect in dreaming up this sophisticated and stylish property.
Most of the outdoor and indoor furnitures and floor, the pool and the bathrooms are made of highly polished cement, extremely refreshing in the summer.
