With a gorgeous view across verdant hillside to the sea and neighbouring Ithaca, the property is a great choice for a couple or smaller party looking for a comfortable, convenient location from which to enjoy this much sought-after Northern corner of the island and, in particular, the numerous attractions of nearby Fiskardo.

Creatively constructed with an eye on integrating ‘naturally’ with the hillside means only the uppermost edge and roofline of the house are visible from street level, giving little clue to the cosy and welcoming retreat that lies just below.

Indicative of the owner’s artistic use of colour, the striking pinkish hue of the house façade contrasts markedly with the muted greys of the living area and whitewashed, part-exposed/part-polished concrete minimalism of various walls in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms.
