Cute 2 bedroom villa in Svoronata, Kefalonia for your cozy and relaxing holiday

Our small, cozy 2 bedroom villa is perfect for 4-5 people. On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room of about 40 m2. The living room is divided into a kitchen area and seating area.

One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor and offers a double bed. The second bedroom with 2 single beds is a loft style (attic) bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and WC.

The house is fully air-conditioned: air conditioners are installed in both bedrooms and the living room.

The town of Svoronata, where the villa is located, is quite popular among tourists. The nearest beach is only about a kilometer away. There is a tavern approximately 200 meters from the villa. The mini-market is in walkable distance of 350 m. We do not have our own pool but our guests can use the pool of the nearby hotel Olive grove studios, about 400 m from us. You can also order breakfast in the hotel’s bar.
In a 5-15 minute drive you will find the charming beaches of the southwestern coast of Kefalonia: Lassi, Avitos, Spartia, Agios Thomas, Lourdata and others.

Just a few kilometers away from Svoronata, there is the Fortress of Saint George or Castle, the first capital of Kefalonia, with the wonderful view, one of the most important historical attraction in Kefalonia. Churches and buildings inside it are preserved, as well as in the Borgo where you will also find a typical example of Heptanisian baroque church. Outside the castle, the visitor can enjoy a delicious meal in some of the best restaurants of the island.

The island's capital, Argostoli, is only 7 km away. Visit this lovely town to have a good time in one of the many restaurants and cafes , take a walk along the pedestrian Litostroto street, or to admire the giant Caretta Caretta turtles: they come to the waterfront every morning to feast on fish near the fishing boats.
