Villa Feinikas is an exceptional villa set into a gloriously huge grassed garden, just below the well known village of Koukoumelata. The position on a quiet cul de sac lane offers breathtaking views over the coastline below and just a few minutes walk brings you to the lovely Café’ Marina where you can sample cocktails, coffees and snacks whilst enjoying views second to none.
The crowning glory of Villa Feinikas has to be the exceptional pool, shaped like a four leaf clover with roman steps, enjoy the fabulous view, experiment with al fresco cooking at the new outdoor kitchen or simply idle hours away relaxing with a book.
Villa Feinikas' interior will not disappoint either, this lovely raised ground floor house is spacious and elegant with a wide hallway that leads through to a comfortable living room decorated in neutral tones, and a comfortable dining room leading out to the generous covered veranda. A large fully fitted kitchen will meet all your needs for food preparation. Leading off the kitchen is the small single bedroom and adjacent shower room. The other three bedrooms are grouped together at the other end of the house with the Master suite incorporating a full wall of wardrobes and opening out to the terrace.
For an additional couple or older children the garden studio awaits, accessed from the outside in the garden, this offers a double bed with ensuite shower room, which is also accessible from the garden directly, and a bar area with sink and wine cooler fridge.

This property contains wide vertical gaps in the balcony, terrace and external staircase railings and some areas of the boundary railings may be lower than you are used to at home. Please ensure children remain supervised at all times.

This is a developing resort and we have been informed that the villa next door is having some improvements done on the house. Work is mostly internal and is well along the way but you may experience intermittent noise disturbance. Local legislation states work can begin from 7am until 3pm Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. We do not envisage your holiday experience to be affected by these works but our in-resort team are monitoring regularly and we will anyone who we feel will be affected.
