This gorgeous 80 acre property is perfect for families and groups, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own space. The main ranch house includes 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms that comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. For larger groups of 7-10, the "Glamping Barn" features two delightful rustic guest suites offering a unique glamping experience to your stay. All included in one price!

With a private two acre lake, you'll have plenty of opportunities for outdoor adventures such as paddle boating, fishing, hiking, and mountain biking right on the property. Take in the beautiful surroundings from the wrap-around deck, complete with a hot tub for ultimate relaxation. But the real highlight of this property are the Alpacas that roam the grounds, providing a memorable experience for guests of all ages.

You'll be conveniently located near some of California's most beautiful wine country, with easy access to renowned wineries such as The Mercantile, Brassfield Estate, Chacewater Winery and Olive Mill, and Loujour Estate. And if you're in the mood for a day trip, the charming town of Calistoga is just a short 45-minute drive away. Great eats nearby and delivery is available if you want a great staycation… which is a popular option for our property.

GLAMPING BARN
A short walk from the main house, our renovated barn suites are included for all reservations. The Glamping Barn has 2 Queen bedrooms suites separated by a small breezeway. Each Suite has its own full bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. These are rustic chic style suites. Each room is stylishly decorated and has a mini-split Queen bed with memory foam mattress and down duvet.

OUTDOORS
The outdoor lounge area on the deck beckons you for a sundowner! Enjoy al fresco dining at any of our three outdoor tables. Take in the incredible views from the hot tub. The land is a rugged, working ranch with fun places to explore, hills to climb, mountain biking spots, and of course the lake. Grab the onsite paddle boat, bring your water toys, teach the kids to fish and enjoy your own private lake!
