Mountain View 7 is a spacious detached four-bedroom house (165 sq m) located within the grounds of the Sheen Falls Country Club in Kenmare, Co. Kerry. This comfortable and well-appointed home accommodates up to eight guests and is well suited to a stay with family or friends. Guests also have complimentary access to the swimming pool at Easanna Wellness and Spa in Sheen Falls Lodge.
The front door opens into a bright entrance hall with high ceilings and a sense of space. Straight ahead is the main living area, which includes a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a comfortable sitting room. The kitchen provides everything needed for your stay, including an American-style fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster, along with all necessary cookware, crockery and glassware. A separate utility room contains a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The sitting room offers comfortable seating arranged around the television and open fire. A starter pack with logs for the fire is provided. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house at no additional charge.
Double doors open from the living area to a patio with outdoor furniture, providing a pleasant place to sit and enjoy the long summer evenings.
One double bedroom is located on the ground floor and has an ensuite bathroom with shower. The family bathroom, with shower over bath, is also on this level. Upstairs you will find three further bedrooms: two with king-sized beds and one with zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as either a king bed or two singles. Each of these bedrooms has its own ensuite shower room.
Mountain View is a quiet development of well-maintained houses set among landscaped gardens with seasonal planting. Deer are often seen wandering through the area. Access to the property is through electronic gates and you will receive the entry code before arrival. The town of Kenmare is less than a five-minute drive away. While it is possible to walk into town, the roads are narrow and can be busy.

Sheen Falls Lodge 5* Hotel is located just across the road from Mountain View and offers a formal restaurant and bar along with a more informal bar and restaurant called the Stables.

We are delighted to confirm that guests of Mountain View now have free use of the swimming pool at the Easanna Spa at Sheen Falls Lodge strictly between the hours of 11am and 4pm daily. No booking is necessary.
