Immediately on arrival to this hilltop perched cottage, presented by StayBettr Vacation Rentals, you will experience breathtaking views of Kenoza Lake. Massive windows throughout the living area will make you feel connected to nature--even from indoors. Modern luxuries abound in the recently renovated kitchen and bathroom suite. On cold Catskills winter nights, the fireplace will be a center of conversation and games for your group.

Outdoors you'll find a highly perched deck, with a hot tub and shaded dining area to enjoy the mountain breezes, sunsets, and stars here in the Catskills. The back deck includes a gas grill and table seating for 4. There is also a fire ring in the backyard.

The Neighborhood:

Kenoza Lake is conveniently located in the center of Sullivan County between the stylish hamlets of Jeffersonville, Narrowsburg, and Callicoon. You'll feel removed from the city, but within 10 minutes of groceries. The home is just minutes from Bethel Woods Center for the Art--the site of Woodstock 1969. You can even enjoy dining and yoga across the street at Kenoza Hall. Hiking, boating, and winter sports are all nearby on the variety of trails and lakes.

Getting Around:

We recommend having car for your stay. Taxis are available, but ride sharing services are more sparse. Rental car services are available in Monticello. Shortline provides service between the city and Monticello as well.

The Middletown and Port Jervis Metro North Stations are approximately 50 minutes drive from the house. The trip from NY Penn Station to Middletown is about 2 hours. Train/bus access is great if you have members of your group who need to arrive/depart at different times.

Things To Know:

You will be required to sign a rental agreement after the booking is confirmed. Full terms of the agreement are available on request. Additionally, you will be required to upload an approved government identification card or passport when you complete the rental agreement. If you have questions about either of these requirements please message us prior to booking.

Fees may apply for early check-ins, late check-outs, and additional optional services. 

Up to two dogs may stay at the property. The first dog is includes in the nightly rate. The second dog incurs a $25/night fee.

No more than 4 cars allowed. You should not park under the carport.
