This charming house is just a quick walk to wineries and has all the comforts of home. Inside, lounge in the sitting room after a full day of exploring the town. When hunger strikes, head into the well-appointed kitchen to cook some grub for the whole group. Dine at the dinner table or take your meal to the backyard on a warm day and dine alfresco. Gather in the living room for a family movie night or circle the fire table in the backyard for sâmores and scary stories. The twin beds in the secondary bedroom can be pushed together to create a king bed. The enclosed backyard has a lovely grassy lawn perfect for yard games. Take advantage of the regulation Bocce Ball court in the backyard.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
