The space:
Gorgeous, well appointed, completely remodeled almost 100 year old home. This home was taken down to the studs and rebuilt to capture that 1950s charm. Original hardwoods and craftsman style trim show true attention to detail. The home is filled with antiques we’ve collected at some of Kerrville’s best estate sales and antique malls (a true passion of mine!).

LIVING AREAS: Guests will enjoy 2 living areas (one formal sitting area and one TV/game room). Both living areas are a comfortable space to sit and relax. The home is equipped with a smart ROKU TV to stream all your favorite shows. YouTube Live TV is provided for cable. Board games and books available for entertainment.

KITCHEN/DINING: Well appointed kitchen with stainless appliances. Full size fridge, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, Mr. Coffee, toaster, blender, and more. There is a 4 person dining table with an available leaf to extend the table to 6 places. There is also seating for 2 at the bar. Tons of bar glasses and barware available for your use. We’ve stocked the kitchen with cookie sheets, mixing bowls, cooking utensils and gadgets to allow you to prepare your own meals while staying in our home.

BEDROOMS: The home sleeps 6 people comfortably with 3 private bedrooms. All beds have memory foam mattresses for added comfort. Luxury linens and down alternative comforters on all beds. All bedrooms have blinds and room darkening curtains, alarm clocks with noise machines, and USB connections. All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The primary bedroom features a gorgeous ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and huge tiled walk in shower. It is located at the back of the home for added privacy.

2 other bedrooms are located just off the sitting area at the font of the home. They share a bathroom in the same hallway with a singe vanity and tub/shower combo.

OUTDOOR AREA:
Huge covered patio extended the entire length of the home. There is plenty of grassy area and an additional crushed granite patio with a propane and charcoal grill. The backyard is completely enclosed with a privacy fence.

Late check out and early check in can be requested but will depend on availability.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire house as well as the back yard. The driveway extends the entire length of the property. Enough room for 3-4 cars. Kerrville does not allow street parking at short term rentals, so it is asked that all cars park in the driveway.
