Literally the closest location that you can possibly stay at to reach the gondola at the river run base, about a 5 min traverse from the front door to ski at sun valley!Everyone loved the property it had everything we needed.The owner saved us on the day of our departure our rental car battery was dead and he was right there to help us out! There were a few dogs with other guests, they all seemed to get along and it was a fun experience in the courtyard with guests sitting on their decks. Overall a great place.

You arrive to your condo and walk right in the door with the heat on and a setting that’s right next to the river and the River Run Lodge. It’s a short walk to the lifts and you’re skiing right outside your back door... which is a rare treat in Sun Valley. You’re also a short walk to the little town of Ketchum for shopping,groceries or any of your skiing needs. For us Pennays and the staff and experience mad us stetch our trip from 2 wks...3wks. & now the last two years we stay 1 Mon th and are already booked for next year. Long story short it’s a place you want to come back to!
