About the Home:
Remodeled in 2022, the decor is modern rustic with coastal elements and a color palette that composes of soft blues, whites, greys and natural tones balanced by clean black lines. The layout of the unit is great for families or groups that want to spread out comfortably. The first floor has a living room with a 55" Smart TV, sleeper sofa, full bathroom, and a bedroom. The second floor has a living room with a 50" Smart TV, a fully equipped all white kitchen with quartz countertops and an island with 6 counter stools, as well as a full bathroom and a balcony overlooking the lagoon with two rocking chairs. The third floor has two bedrooms, each with a King-sized bed and balconies, as well as a full bathroom. The townhouse overlooks a saltwater lagoon, which is visible from the 2nd floor balcony as well as the primary bedroom balcony. The lagoon has 3 floating platforms that kids just love jumping off and it has a sandy beach perfect for kiddos that like to play in the sand or adults that like to sunbathe on the chaise lounges. We provide a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, dishes, cups, wine glasses, coffee makers, toaster, blender, BBQ utensils, and some essential dry condiments. Linens, towels and beach towels are also provided, as well as some complimentary toiletries. A washer and dryer are also available for use. For kids, we offer a pack n play, DVD player with some movies, board games, sand toys, flotation devices and boogie board. We also provide tennis equipment and 2 bikes.

Kawama Yacht Club Amenities
The community amenities make this an amazing destination for vacations, because it alone offers so much, such as the oceanfront jetty with tiki huts and barbeques, water activities, 2 heated pools, a playground for kids, tennis courts, a marina, and firepits for evening gatherings. Access to the marina ramp is free; however, it is required for boats to have a $300k insurance policy for property damage and liability. If you would like to rent a boat slip, we can provide the contact information to the Kawama Marina management company.

You could take a short drive to top travel spots, such as John Pennekamp for snorkeling or scuba diving tours. You could also charter a fishing trip in the nearby docks, go swimming with the dolphins at the Dolphins Plus Marine Mammal Responder, relax on a sunset cruise, meet new sea creatures at the Theatre of the Sea, and much more...Centrally located, dozens of great bars restaurants are close by or within a few miles.
