Coral Garden is a two-bedroom townhome in the quiet gated community of Coral Hammock located on Stock Island. Perfect for families or those who are working from home. Close to all that Key West has to offer.

Furnished with comfort in mind this home has an open floor plan on the first floor that flows from the kitchen to the dining area, to the living area. The fully equipped kitchen is great for preparing meals for you and your family to enjoy.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom with bath en-suite has a queen-size bed with a rollaway luxury memory foam twin bed. Each bedroom opens up to its own private balcony overlooking the lushly landscaped grounds of this peaceful sanctuary.

Coral Hammock is conveniently situated within minutes of anything you'll want to do while visiting Key West. Some of our island's favorite local restaurants are just around the corner, our largest public beach -- Smather's -- is one mile down the street, the golf course is across the street, and Old Town Key West is a quick 10-minute drive. The gated community offers a large swimming pool that is heated in the cooler months.

Whether you are working from home or having a get-a-way with the family, Coral Garden is the perfect fit for the tropical lifestyle that you are looking for.

Key West is the place to visit the lively nightlife and relax in the historic charm, flamboyance, and conch-style architecture that early Bahamian settlers made famous. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

The kitchen was equipped adequately but the knives were dull. They need to be sharpened or replaced. The laundry was convenient and we used it. The place was clean but my girlfriend thought that a really deep cleaning should be done. This was for the downstairs.

For the most part this was a great property. Our main complaint was getting woken up every morning early by the roosters but that is apparently just part of Key West life. We did have to pick up a few necessities but the unit is pretty well stocked. There are some very nice restaurants nearby so that was not a problem. The drive into Old Town got a bit old but there was nothing like this property in Old Town so that was a trade-off we had already made.

This was our home-away-from-home for 8 days. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Having a washer/dryer in the unit really had us spoiled. The management staff were friendly and responsive. The location, on stock island, required a car for getting to the beach or Duval street, but made for a quiet, peaceful place to rest. around

Wonderful time in the Keys!

We enjoyed 4 nights and had a wonderful trip. The home was very clean and colorful and stylish. It was quiet and we slept well. There was not a lot of room in the 2nd bedroom for the extra bed that was in the closet. With the extra bed set up you could not access the porch without climbing over the beds. We ended up bringing the extra bed downstairs and one of our kids slept on the main floor. The beds were all very comfortable. We enjoyed spending time on the porches. It was close enough to the downtown area—just a short drive maybe 10 miles. We highly recommend this location.
