The PRIVATE bathroom is outfitted with a quartz sink countertop, toilet and glass-door shower. This quaint retreat has all the essentials for rest and relaxation while you are on island time. Enjoy a Keurig machine for your morning cup of coffee to start the day as well as a mini fridge for all of your essentials.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
The exquisite upper balcony and lower porch overlook a large, sparkling pool (heated in winter months) and beautifully landscaped garden deck. There is street parking only. You may park on the street in spaces not marked as residential. There are several non-residential spaces in the surrounding area, and also a pay lot less than 2 blocks away, but you can usually find something on the street.
