The entrance to this property takes you through the private pool area, a fully fenced oasis of sunshine you won’t believe is just a stone’s throw from the famous Duval Street. Plenty of lounge furniture and chaise lounges offer a variety of sunbathing options by the pool. The pool can be heated upon request to your desired temperature (additional fees apply.) The BBQ grill is perfect for a poolside cookout, and we include the propane. Climb the stairs to the covered lanai area with a designer lounge swing, an outdoor dining table, and even an outdoor TV for watching the game in the island breezes.

The artistic kitchen sits off the living area with luxury appliances and tools, equipped with everything you'll need to prepare a meal at home in between enjoying the fantastic array of Old Town restaurant options, all just a few blocks walk away.

Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
