THE LOCATION…

Located at Mile Marker 5, Key Haven is a highly coveted residential neighborhood. The location has a great balance between a secluded community yet only a short drive or Uber ride to the heart of Old Town Key West. Stock Island has plenty to offer if you don’t feel like venturing into Key West proper; you can dine at Stock Island’s famous Hogfish Bar & Grill, Roostica Pizzeria or Chico's Cantina. You can take in a round of golf at the Rees Jones designed golf course or get out on the water by having our concierge arrange a kayak tour through the mangroves or private fishing charter from Hurricane Hole Marina.

OCEANFRONT OASIS is a stilted, one-level home that boasts an open layout with the living room, dining room, and a gourmet kitchen as one space. There’s plenty of seating on the large sectional sofa for your whole crew to gather in the living room for game night or to watch your favorite show on the large flat-screen TV. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and has every tool needed to prepare meals from home. The large indoor dining table seats six comfortably, with four additional seats available at the kitchen bar; open the sliding door for another eight seats on the covered porch.

THE BACKYARD, POOL, & DOCK…

As spectacular as the interior is, what truly sets OCEANFRONT OASIS apart is its outdoor space. The turf yard has been carefully crafted to be as elegant as it is modern. Featuring an in-ground pool & hot tub that looks out to the ocean, it’s easy to see why this will be your favorite spot in the house. Plenty of chaise lounge chairs occupy the pool deck and await the sun worshippers in your group. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after the pool or a day on the boat.

Last and certainly not least, is the deep-water T-dock that stretches out from the back of the property. The dock is perfect for keeping your boat or boat rental right in your back yard during your vacation. The size of the boat being docked here isn’t restricted by water depth or length, but rather width. You can fit a 13’ wide boat here, which covers most personal craft up to a mini yacht.
