The ROYAL PALM SUITE is our premier suite, which beckons you inside with elevated ceilings, plush tropical furnishings and charming outdoor porches. Enjoy your island getaway in style with a private deck that overlooks tranquil and lush gardens and a pool with a waterfall feature. This unit offers separate living and dining areas and can sleep 4 people. A contactless check in/out process with a virtual innkeeper allows for a seamless experience!

Your serenity begins as you step foot into this casual compound with a delightful private porch and conch-style cottage that will captivate your island soul. Carry your crafted cocktail to the deck area and pool which comes heated in the winter months, cooled by the protective canopies, exquisite swaying palms and gentle breezes. Stretch out in a deck chair with your favorite mystery novel or toss some kabobs on the shared outside grill for an al fresco treat.

LIVING AND SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Enter the airy sun-kissed suite where you are greeted by island-inspired furnishings and tropical decor, separate living and dining areas, flat screen tv and a fully-equipped modern kitchen for all your culinary desires. The cozy sofa has a queen size pull out bed to accommodate a party of 4. The bedroom boasts a newly-remodeled king bed with luxurious bedding, ceiling fan and wall-mounted HDTV. Wash the day off in your private bathroom with enclosed glass and marble tiled shower and quartz sink counter. Slip outside to your private deck to view our botanical gardens that overlooks the pool and stone waterfall.

Everything was perfect. Beautiful and clean. Wonderful air conditioning. Location was great as well. We plan on staying again next year. My only comment would be that the house needs some lamps in the living room for some low lighting. The ceiling lights are bright with no dimmer. Also no light above the cooktop. Other than that, awesome!

Wonderful location and great place to stay

Great place to stay as far as location. Easy walk to shopping, grocery, restaurants, touring, etc. The suite was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed (although we didn’t use the kitchen to cook). It was quiet until the adjoining suite was rented. We could hear the TV through the adjoining door when we were in bed. The pool area was perfect for cooling off in the afternoon.

Excellent place to hang your hat

This was a perfect location anda well kept modern property in a beautiful enclave of several villas with a small pool. Very beautiful vegetation. All well kept. A sure winner! You do share a lockout room adjacent to your neighbors, so discretion is to be kept in mind!

Clean and relaxing

We stayed in one of the suites and loved this place! Easy checkin and communication, updated and well maintained inside and out. Shady pool was a bonus. We saw iguanas in the trees and lots of cute curly tail lizards around the grounds. Wi-Fi signal was very weak, but we were there to unplug so it wasn’t an issue.

Cute cottage, nice pool and convenient location

Overall the stay was great! The cottage was very nice, convenient location, great pool, and good communication with management/owners. My only complaint is that the walls between the other unit were very thin, you could literally hear them sneeze, toilet flush next door and the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Great location and pool!

This property is beautiful and well kept. The Royal Palm suite is perfect for a couple with a comfy bed and updated bathroom. We used the pool area every night and loved walking everywhere we wanted to go. We parked right next to our suite, no problem. There are 2 small refrigerators, neither has freezer space beyond a tiny box. We got ice and water from the pool area every time, not the most convenient. Also the connecting wall is super thin, we could hear talking and music from the next unit. But overall a great stay!
