THE LIVING AREA & KITCHEN...

The living area has an open concept that allows your whole crew to spend time together - whether it be gathering around the large flat screen TV on the plush sofas to watch your favorite show or coming together to prepare a home cooked meal using the fully equipped kitchen. The indoor dining table seats four with two extra seats at the kitchen bar. The outdoor dining table is located on the spacious wrap-around balcony with seating for four. There is a Queen-sized Murphy bed that folds out of the cabinet in the living room to accommodate two extra guests, and there’s a full bathroom just down the hall.

THE ACCOMMODATIONS...

** First Bedroom: King bed, flat screen TV, balcony access, and en suite bathroom with double sinks, a jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower.

** Second Bedroom: Two Twin beds OR One King bed, flat screen TV, balcony access, and bathroom across the hall with a shower and tub combo.

Coconut Mallory is a waterfront community about 3 miles from Duval Street that provides resort-style amenities, including two large pools, Jacuzzi, BBQ grills, picnic tables, and much more. Hop in one of the two on-site pools to cool down after soaking up the sun at Smathers Beach, Key West's largest public beach just 2 miles away. There is also an oversized Jacuzzi and a picnic area with BBQs available for guest use.

** Boat slip rentals available for rent at Marina for easy access to the beautiful waters of the Lower Keys. Inquire for details.

Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
